La casa è bellissima in ottima posizione, vicina a supermercati e spiagge. Soggiorno stupendo con una vista mare e Formentera.

Accogliente, ottima posizione.

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa proprietà. La casa è posta in posizione comoda per poter girare l’isola in macchina. 5 min in macchina dal centro di Eivissa ma senza problemi di parcheggio in un quartiere tranquillo. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile. La piscina è in comune ma nella settimana in cui siamo stati (ultima di agosto) era occupata raramente da altre persone. Dal terrazzo si vede il mare, Formentera e la sera anche un bel tramonto. Comodo anche il supermercato a 2 minuti di macchina e 10 a piedi.

Beautiful accommodation.

Another wonderful stay at the property. Maria is most welcoming and helpful. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Pool area is pretty and immaculate. Supermarket close by and Ibiza Town is about a 10 minute drive away. Hope to be back again soon!

Wunderschöne Oase

EIne wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und komfortabel und wunderschön ausgestattet. Es ist extrem ruhig und man schläft lange und erholsam. Die Entfernung zu Ibiza Stadt ist perfekt. Ich kann es nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Positiv - Nette, sympathisches Vermieterin - Sehr schöne, absolut perfekte Aussenanlage (Pool / Garten / Architektur) - Perfekte Lage zur Stadt und zum Flughafen Negativ - Keine Begrüssungserfrischung bei Ankunft (Wasser / Früchte) - Sehr schlechter, muffiger Geruch in gesamtem Appartement. Het heerlijke San Jordi ....

Jammer dat we weer terug zijn, het waren 12 heerlijke dagen. Een fijn appartement ruim en gezellig ingericht. Prachtig goed onderhouden zwembad en tuin. De afstand lopen naar Ibizastad is prima te doen weliswaar enkel voor mensen die goed ter been zijn. De verhuurder Iria is een warme hartelijke persoonlijkheid... vanaf hier doe wij haar fan ook de hartelijke groeten. Fam. De Kruijk-Mekes

Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! 100 % ige Weiterempfehlung! Sehr schön auch für Kinder mit Pool etc. Ca 5 min. mit dem Auto zum Strand. We will be back!!

Vacaciones SENSACIONALES

Hoy hace una semana comenzamos nuestras vacaciones en la isla, sabíamos que la cosa prometía pero ha sido mejor aun y en esto tiene mucho q ver Iria, es una persona encantadora, preocupada por sus inquilinos para que todo salga bien y te sientas como en casa. La casa nos enamoro en cuanto la vimos en las fotos, pero en la realidad cumplió todas las expectativas tanto por la tranquilidad de la zona que es lo que buscábamos, como la ubicación que no podía ser mejor, la decoración, amabilidad de los vecinos, TODO. Hemos dado unas cuantas veces las gracias a Iria pero te lo volvemos a decir desde aquí, si el año que viene volvemos a Ibiza, uno de los motivos es por el encanto de la casa y por supuesto porque Ibiza tiene algo especial que engancha. Muchas gracias por todo desde Santander.

Iria's house is situated in a quite zone of Ibiza where you can enjoy the silence and the panorama. If you want to go party just drive for 5 minutes and you'll be in the ibiza's centre, or platya de'n bossa. Iria is a kind person and her house have everything you need, I strongly recomnend it! Our stay in the apartment July 2014

The apartment is even better then the pictures shows us. We had an perfect time!. We stayed for 2 weeks in the apartment and we felled completely home. The house is clean, big and after 1 week the bed sheets were changed by house keeping. The balcony is big with a beautiful view. You do not hear airplanes or music or busy neighbors as these apartments are from private owners. The apartment offers everything you want and need on your holiday. TV, radio, books, good and clean kitchen and very nice furthered and good beds!. We recommend this apartment to couples or families because you only have to walk 1 stairs down to the big and clean swimming pool. Around the complex there is a gate which you need a key for to come in. The apartment is close to Ibiza town, sant Jordie, platja den bossa and salinas. We will rent this house again, Definitely!

Spettacolare

La casa è bellissima ben accessoriata (wifi e asciugatrice inclusi) tenuta bene e curata. Situata in una posizione tranquilla, vicina alle spiagge e alla città di ibiza raggiungibile in 5 minuti in macchina. Supermercato mercadona a due minuti comodissimo. La casa ha un energia positiva che si percepisce fin dalla prima volta che si entra. I proprietari e jemena sono stati gentili e disponibili, all'arrivo un cesto di frutta ci ha dato il benvenuto. La piscina è pulita e tenuta bene, la vista dal terrazzo è bellissima: da salinas a figueretas. La casa è adatta anche ai bambini, il nostro si è trovato benissimo. In una sola parola è una casa spettacolare. Sicuramente l’anno prossimo torneremo :)  Grazie di tutto Viviana, Domenico, Alessandro, Cinzia e Giovanni
