Villa with Private Pool and Spectacular Sea and Sunset Views near San Miguel

Spectacularly located over 1000ft above the sea, on the rugged, wooded north west coast of Ibiza, Casa Anna has arguably the best views on the island, similar to those of the famous 5 star Hacienda Hotel a few kilometres away along the coast. Its elevated, hilltop location means that even the hottest days are cooled by a sea breeze. A modern villa on an exclusive development, Casa Anna has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a modern well-equipped kitchen. The villa has terracotta tiles throughout and is comfortably furnished in a simple modern style. Chill out by the infinity edge pool or explore the small uncrowded coves and beaches that are within easy reach. Cala Benirras, one of The Guardian's top ten beaches in the Balearics, is only a 15 minute drive and the nightlife of Ibiza town is only a 25 minutes drive away. Or try a winter or spring break - the house has central heating, a log fire and lovely rural and coastal walks.
The road has recently been re-tarmacked so please ignore all comments in reviews about the state of the road to the house!

We all loved our stay at Annabel’s villa. The view is so breathtakingly beautiful and we felt very lucky to be waking up to that every day. The sunset view is also as magical! The villa is in an amazing location in the north with so many pretty coves to explore, walks to go on and cool restaurants and eateries to hang out at. The villa has a large living area and a more hippy, relaxed feel. We felt the Ibiza magic once again and can’t wait for our next trip !

We had a truly wonderful stay at the accommodation. The pool and the view get more beautiful every time you see them – it’s magical, and you hardly want to leave the house. The house itself is cozy and has everything you need. There’s a nice walk down to the nearby “beaches,” and the way back up gives you a workout!It’s easy to get around by car from the house, and the parking right outside is very convenient.We will definitely be visiting this place again – our new favorite spot.The only thing one could complain about is that there’s no air conditioning, which makes the nights a bit warm, but it’s manageable.

Charming villa with a great view on the sea. Nice swimming pool. Everything in the house is very practical and we had a tremendous time with our kids. Some improvements to be made: fix the swimming pool lights and put some other lights on the terrace next to the barbecue. Otherwise, all good.

We recently returned from Casa Anna in San Miguel, Ibiza, and it was 10/10. The villa is beautiful and very peaceful. We loved the fantastic views and the pool area which gets long hours of sun. The villa has great outdoor amenities, including a BBQ for outdoor meals and two different tables outside, perfect for small or large groups. Inside, the villa is great, with very comfortable beds and extremely clean bathrooms and showers. Everything was perfect. Annabelle’s hospitality made our stay easy and enjoyable, she was always available with helpful instructions and recommendations. Casa Anna is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Ibiza. Thank you, Annabelle, for a great stay.

Great villa with the most amazing view!

The views from the back of this villa are outstanding- unlike anything we’ve had before in a holiday villa! If you are looking for a peaceful break away the location is perfect. We went as a family of four (two teenagers) and had the best time. As the pool and villa are so lovely we tended to spend most days making the most of it. Hanging off the end of the pool watching the boats in the distance was the perfect way to unwind. Anna as a host was brilliant. So quick to correspond and so accommodating with the unpredictability of Covid which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Insbesondere das Frühstück mit Meerblick in der überdachten Ecke war jeden Tag ein schöner Start in den Tag. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und die drei Schlafzimmer auf der einen Seite des Hauses passten gut zu unserer Familiensituation. Das vierte Schlafzimmer geht direkt vom Wohnzimmer ab.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer une merveilleuse semaine.. C’est marqué mais c’est vrai que sans Clim ce n’est pas facile toutes les nuits, le gros chien qui se balade dans la propriété et qui fais ses besoins c’est particulier mais au delà de ça c’est vraiment canon !! David and I live in England, near the Welsh border. We love coming to Ibiza, as do our two grown-up children and their friends: swimming in the pool and the sea; taking a pedalo out to the rock at Benirras beach; climbing up the rock and jumping off - (not me!); eating in all the fantastic restaurants on the island.

Why they chose this property

My husband's father, who was a C of E vicar, bought Casa Anna over 30 years ago when he fell in love with Ibiza - and the view from the house! His family have been spending their summer holiday here ever since.


What makes this property unique

The house is perfect for family holidays. The children can jump in and out of the pool all day while the adults can relax in the peace of the beautiful countryside, enjoying the sun and the sea view. There are fantastic beaches like Benirras a short drive away, and hidden coves below the house if you want a more deserted scene. Just down the road is Can Suleyetas, one of the most atmospheric local restaurant/bars on the island.
