Great house with a perfect host

I am visiting Ibiza every summer since last 8 years. After many house rentals in different part of the island I can assure you that this place was the best out of all of them. Host is super friendly and professional and the place is exactly as it's listed. Top ratings from our side!

Lovely house close to the hustle & bustle of Ibiza

Lovely house, secluded swimming pool with afternoon/evening sunshine. We really liked the location since it's very quiet but also close to everything you want to do in Ibiza! The pool was awesome, the cat lovely and the house was all fine.

Lovely litttle villa but could do better

Owner lovely and met us at a petrol station and took us to the villa. Spotlessly clean with good amenities but misses an oven which would make a huge difference. I think a bit more effort with the living room would also be good. It is a little dated and would benefit from some attention. A comfortable sofa would also hugely improve the villa. We didn't catch the best weather but that didn't put my daughter off using the pool. Pool was very clean and sizeable enough. Location may not be ideal for some, quite off the beaten track from the main road but close enough to enable a quick journey to San Antonio and a large supermarket was only 5 minutes drive. Overall a good stay and thank you.

Pleasantly surprised!

We booked this accom for the price and the fact it had a pool to yourself. It is a little bit out of town but then you’re already halfway to the nice beaches on the west side of the island and close to night clubs if that’s what you’re chasing. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a really nice garden and it was a better vibe in person. It is a little dated, but if this is your budget then you can’t go wrong comparing to a small unit in town. We left the properly feeling like it was our new home after having an awesome stay in Ibiza. The pool was refreshing and clean, washing machine was ace, and wifi was fast. Aircon and oven are the only two things that were missing. Please note there is a security system as I imagine Vicente likes to keep an eye on the property when it’s not used. For peace of mind you can cover up the lens’ by sliding the covers up. It was nice to have this though when we ventured out in town knowing our gear was safe. Please feed the friendly neighbourhood cat. His name is Kitty and he is the nicest cat you’ll ever meet. Hire a car as you’ll need it, but we also got buses out front on the highway and even hailed cabs at 11pm. Thanks Vicente!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber. Die Lage war genau richtig. Ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse und trotzdem war alles auf Ibiza schnell erreichbar. Im Ort, der zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar ist, waren einige Restaurants und Geschäfte. Einziges Manko war, dass im Ferienhaus keine richtige Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war . Der Gastgeber Vicente war sehr freundlich.

Wurden sehr, sehr freundlich vom Inhaber empfangen. Die Finca ist es überaus schön und gepflegt, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Im Pool konnte man sich toll erfrischen. Auch zu erwähnen ist die unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Und wenn Fragen aufkamen, bekamen wir sofort eine Rückmeldung. Werde beim nächsten mal Ibiza wieder bei Vicente buchen. Gracias😊🙏🙏🙏🍀

Jolie maison en hauteur

Très jolie maison typique. Fraîche à l'intérieur (même au printemps, un seul radiateur). Le propriétaire nous guide pour trouver l'entrée et se cale sur nos horaires de vol. Le linge de toilette est changé au cours du séjour. Ce sont des draps et couvertures dans les lits. Matelas confortables. Attention, il n'y a rien dans le logement en arrivant (même pas de sel) ! Un emplacement très agréable et proche de tout. Réveil avec les coqs.

Petite maison Vintage agréable

Petite maison vintage, très agréable, pratique, bien située, prêt de tout (commerces, plages, nature, Clubs, Eivissa), propre avec des espaces pour profiter du soleil et de la piscine. Une chambre avec un grand lit, une seconde chambre avec deux petits lits, chacune équipées de deux très grands placards. SDB et cuisine fonctionnelles pour 4 personnes. Le propriétaire est adorable et discret, il passe tous les deux jours très rapidement pour soigner le jardin et la piscine. Linge de maison en quantité. Nous avons eu la présence d'un magnifique chat blanc très propre et très câlin. Il sort systématiquement de la propriété pour faire ses besoins, il peut rester toute la journée et toute la nuit dans la maison sans faire aucune bêtise. Il est calme et affectueux. Nous espérons qu'il sera aussi nourri et choyé par les vacanciers suivants.

Séjour au Top

Vicente et sa fille, ont été très accueillants, n’hésitant pas à nous donner quelques bonnes adresses. La maison est idéale pour un couple avec enfants ou deux couples. Très bien placée, à proximité de la voix rapide qui relie Ibiza à San Antoni. Piscine, terrasses et jardin charmant. Nous imaginons déjà nos vacances l’année prochaine dans cette maison !
