Woodpecker Cabin is a luxury, modern log cabin nestling within the grounds of an exclusive private Links Golf Course and Sewerby Park and Gardens. It is a light, spacious cabin that has been tastefully decorated and furnished with both bedrooms having en suite facilities. There are a few steps or a ramped access for those with mobility difficulties onto a lovely private veranda where you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun with a glass of wine

It is an excellent base for families and couples looking to explore this beautiful coastline and is also ideal for walkers and cyclists with some pathways along the cliff top where you can take advantage of the stunning scenery. Guests staying here can take advantage of the 18 hole and 9 hole golf course whilst enjoying a 20% discount on the green fees and also free admission to Sewerby Park and Gardens that can be accessed 20 yards from the cabin where you can enjoy woodland walks, a children’s zoo, a cafe, cricket, bowls, a train and lots more.

Stayed at the woodpecker lodge (sewerby) for Christmas 2024, what a beautiful lodge set in beautiful

Stayed at the woodpecker lodge (sewerby) for Christmas 2024, what a beautiful lodge set in beautiful surroundings located within 1 minute walk to sewerby Hall and gardens, only 30 minutes walk to Bridlington or 10 minute drive to the picturesque Flamborough head. The lodge itself has everything needed, the kitchen is well equipped (we cooked Christmas dinner there) the utility room with washer and separate dryer was amazing for us having kids and dogs. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer everything needed realy, even torches for those late night walks through the woods with the dogs. Allison even put a Christmas tree up and Christmas lights around the large decking area which absolutely made it perfect for our Christmas, the only improvement for me would have been a hose pipe from the outside tap to wash our muddy boots, muddy paws and the decking down after a beautiful walk, other than that absolutely 100% perfect for us and will be booking again
