Complimentary Car parking nearby and one dog friendly (£10 per night dog fee). MSPA Hot tub for 4 guests fees apply. Located a 3 minute flat walk to beach/sea, shops and restaurants in the most beautiful part of the Old town. The Duke of Monmouth penthouse apartment which accommodates 5 guests in 3 bedrooms (Superking and 2 x king beds) . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with SMEG fridge and appliances, luxury living room with chaise lounge, roll top bath and shower cubicle. Garden has a large outdoor seating and dining area with a BBQ. Monmouth House is a Grade II listed house dating from the 1600’s which has been sympathetically renovated with historic features. The Duke of Monmouth resided here during the 1685 Rebellion. Please note the Grade II listed building is not accessible for guests with mobility issues and has stairs throughout the house/apartment.
