Come and relax in the heart of the Spanish countryside amidst the stunning mountain landscape of Fortuna. The Haven will provide you with all you need for an unforgettable holiday. Swim in a beautiful setting with the glorious sunshine all day or relax with a BBQ and a few drink under the pergola in the shade.
Our villa is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer a spacious living area. The master bedroom sleeps 2, the beds can be set up as singles or a super king, just let me know which you prefer. There is also a travel cot on request. The sliding doors open onto a seated patio area which leads to your very own pool. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 single beds which can be made into a super kings on request. The large kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials. You will be provided with a welcome pack to get you started. We offer off road parking. Free Wi-Fi. English T.V amongst other languages.
Your hosts Lesley & Warren live in the apartment above and will be on hand to help with any queries as well as offering local information and guidance. They are very discreet and have their own private area at the back of the villa.
El Reloj is a small urbanisation on the outskirts of Fortuna, which is a typical Spanish town. In Fortuna there are restaurants, tapas bars, banks, pharmacyies and supermarkets , which is a short drive away. With the vast choice of mountains this area is a haven for cyclists and hikers. More adventurous activities are all within an hours drive, along with beautiful beaches and cities. The urbanisation is in a rural area and a car is essential. The AP7 motorway is a 5 minute drive away. Head north for Alicante or south for Murcia. Both airports are similar distance from our villa giving you a wider choice of when to travel.
The Haven is the perfect location to create your bespoke holiday that you will want to return to year after year.

Fam holiday

The villa had everything you'd need for a relaxing break. Lesley and Warren were on hand if you needed anything and gave good advice for eating out,shopping and sightseeing. Fantastic pool and well kept property. Definitely need a car, as to eat out , shopping and sightseeing are a short drive away, but we mainly prepared our own food at the villa. We all had a lovely family holiday.

Wonderfull relaxed vacation

We have really enjoyed our vacation at the beautiful house and the hosts Leslie and Warren are very accommodating to everything you might need. they live upstairs but the only time we noticed them was when they left the house and they were very discrete. In the house there was everything we needed, AC in all the bedrooms, filtered water that we could drink so we didn´t have to buy any water, toys for the kids, both inside and outside. A nice patio where we could eat and table and chairs inside when it was to hot to sit outside. The house in far away from everything so you need a car to get to supermarkets and restaurants. A big shoppingcenter "Nuevo Condomina" is only 20 minutes drive from the house and recommended. We hope to come back again. Thank you for making our holiday great!

Magnifique maison et grande piscine

Maison tout simplement superbe et bien équipée et grande piscine privée. Rien à dire ! Nous avons eu un séjour superbe !! Hôtes très disponibles et sympathiques, présents mais très discrets donc ne pose pas de problème ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Lotissement un peu isolé mais bien centré pour visiter.

Super séjour

Nous avons été accueillie avec le sourire malgré la barrières de la langue ils ont su nous mettre a laisse et nous donner toutes les explications. Ces un logement spacieux avec 3 belles et grandes chambre dont 2 avec 2 lit individuel chacune idéal pour nos enfants. L'extérieur est très agréable avec un barbecue et une pergolas pour y manger a l'ombre et la piscine juste géniale on y a passer beaucoup de temps et le soir l'extérieure est joliment éclairé. Je recommande Lesley et son époux sont très gentille et a notre écoute.

Leslie et Warren sont des hotes très acceuillant , avenant et sympas tout en étant très discret. La maison est d'une propreté irréprochable avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner voir plus ... .La grandeur de la piscine et la chaleur de l'eau sont très agréable pour passer de bonne vacances. Un quartier résidentiel très calme au millieu des citronniers. Pour faire simple si vous voulez le calme , le soleil et la piscine , ne tardez pas ! Réservez de suite !!!

Chalet muy bien cuidado y anfitriones muy amables

Chalet muy bonito con piscina y jardín muy bien cuidados. Cocina muy grande. Lo único que los dueños viven arriba y no sabíamos que así era ya que no viene indicado (o al menos yo no lo vi). La parte de abajo del chalet es la que alquilan y ellos viven en la primera planta. A pesar de esto, a penas notamos que estaban allí solo cuando entraban y salían que tenían que pasar por delante de la piscina. No es un problema su presencia solo que creo que debería estar bien indicado ya que en nuestro caso de haberlo sabido probablemente no lo hubiésemos alquilado. Sin embargo, pasamos un buen rato y fueron muy amables en todo momento.

Warren and I both took early retirement to fulfil our dream of living in Spain. Warren is a builder and has done wonders with our villa. Since living in Spain we have become keen gardeners and love pottering around in our little orchard. Our time is taken up with walking and exploring the region of Murcia and Alicante. Hopefully in time we will explore a bit further afield. We enjoy sampling all the different cuisines that the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Our Villa has all you need for a comfortable stay. The large open plan kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, gas hob, electric cooker, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is also a BBQ for a bit of alfresco dining under the pergola or a dining table if you prefer to eat inside.
There is a television in the living area which has English channels amongst other countries, Netflix, sports and children's channels There is an xbox 360 with a few games plus board games, cards etc.
The bedrooms are very spacious. There is a travel cot upon request, to which each bedroom could accommodate with more than enough space.
The outdoor space has lots of room for little ones to run around. The area around the pool has artificial grass with enough room for sun loungers to soak up the glorious sunshine.

What makes this property unique

The hosts are on site therefore able to greet you on arrival. They will show you how everything works and if there is anything else that you feel you may need during your stay they will go out of their way to try and accommodate.
There will be a welcome pack on arrival containing essentials to get you started, such as tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, butter and jam. You will find soap, shampoo and conditioner, in each bathroom as well as in the outside shower area.
The property is cleaned thoroughly using disinfectant and cleaning products and materials are available for use during your stay.
