House located at the foot of the Pic de San Cayetano, 20 minutes from the airport and 30 'of Alicante and the beaches of Santa Pola and Torrevieja, 40 minutes from the beaches of San Juan and El Campello. The calm and gentle hinterland, with easy access to many attractions. The villa consists of two separate and autonomous buildings you will have the appendix, a small house (sleeps 4/6) with two bedrooms and a convertible lounge room with a sofa bed for two, plus a room of water. Possibility in addition to rent the bottom of the main body of the house, consisting of a bed for 2 pers. (Sofa bed 2 places), a kitchen open to the living / dining room overlooking a pleasant terrace and Jacuzzi (a bathroom, a toilet and a separate shower on this level).
The property has a large garden and without screw-screw, fruit trees and divided into several areas for relaxation, a large swimming pool and a space outdoor kitchen / bbq. Guaranteed calm, ideal for nature lovers (especially walkers and cyclists).

Le domaine est spacieux et agréable.La piscine est bien exposée au soleil toute la journéeLes chambres sont dépaysantes et décorées avec goût. La maison possède toutes les commodités nécessaires à un bon séjour L'hôte est facilement accessible et disponible.Info pouvant être utile:Les chambres et leur sdb respective sont dans une dépendance extérieure située qqs mètres plus bas que le salon et la cuisine (toute équipée) situés au rez-de-chaussée de la maison du propriétaire. Très belle demeure au calme dans la montagne, loin du tourisme de masse. Vraiment agréable, il y a beaucoup d’espace. Un léger vis à vis vers la grande table extérieure mais voisins très peu dehors. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute et disponibles. Nous avons eu 3 semaines de soleil non stop. Je la recommande à ceux qui veulent passer des vacances au calme. Ville proche animée : Torrevieja à 35 min environ

Location et photos tout a fait conforme à l'annonce. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances passées à Crevillent. Piscine très appréciable par ces fortes chaleurs. Repos garanti. Accueil chaleureux d'Eric , le propriétaire.

Quiet location, lovely house

Nice house, great jacuzzi. Away from it all, nice for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Well equipped kitchen. We loved the massage chair. Beds are comfortable. Great to be surrounded by little owls and hoopoes. The walk to the church uphill is strenuous (3km) but worth the effort.
