About this property
ancient villa converted into a luxury residence by pugliadamare
Marvellous typical villa with private swimming pool. The house, built in 1949, has been recently restored by the builder's grandchildren. It is a design house in perfect symbiosis between tradition and modernity. Every internal room is air-conditioned. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, habitable kitchen with a view of the pool. Externally, guests have access to a large garden, private pool, sun loungers, veranda, BBQ. From 1 October to 30 April, there is a supplement of €15 per day for heating.
