A 90 sq. m stylish, sunny apartment with private garden. It is located 650 meters from the beautiful beach of Vouliagmeni or 1 km from famous Vouliagmeni lake, where you can enjoy swimming all year long or experience a natural fish spa

We hope that you will enjoy the artistic , stylish decoration and furniture of the house and that you will treat it like your home.

We provide bed linens , towels, hair dryer, iron, etc
Please note that provided towels ARE NOT FOR using them at the beach.

You can not book the house to have a party.

Garden has a small "window" with distant sea view. Please note that the apartment is located on the hill of Vouliagmeni.
Parking is easy and free in front of the building.
Bus stop is 500 meters walking downhill
Smart TV, Netflix ready

Regardless length of stay we provide 2 rolls of toilet paper hand soap, shampoo and body gel.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher but washing detergent is not provided.
We offer complimentary coffee , sugar, tea.

This is a first floor private apartment at your exclusive use. Because it is situated on the hill, the first floor from the south entrance is actually the ground floor of the building .

There are 2 options to reach the apartment.

1) Send us your flight / ferry details and we will arrange a private transfer (extra cost).
Too many suitcases? Need a van? Arriving or leaving after midnight? No problem! Ideal for those who can not arrive within the apartment's specified check in timetable.

2) Arriving by your self and meet you at the apartment.
This option is available for arrivals within the apartment's check in timetable


Smoking is allowed ONLY at the veranda
Please note that as this is not our home , you need to tell us in advance your arrival details , so as to organise the exact check in time , in order to get the keys

Pearl close to Athens

Excellent apartment, almost brand new and very tasteful decorated. Nearby you can find a lot of restaurants and small shops. Athens city center is 30 minutes. This definitely a place where we will return.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It is spacious, the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and it is convenient to everything. It is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach. Also it is well situated for day trips to islands, Cap Sounion, and Athens. I have stayed here before and always check to see if it is available when I will be in the Athens area. I hope to be back next year.
