This property is located at a short distance from the Airport, allowing its easy access, and also with a wide variety of facilities in the area, such as local typical restaurants, the Aqua Park and the fantastic Santa Cruz beaches. In the local promenade, you can enjoy of a pleasant walk near to the sea or even visit the Municipal Market where you will find the freshest local products available.
At a very short distance of just 20 minutes to the centre of Funchal and of easy access to the motorway, this house is located in a good strategic place to visit various points of interest in Madeira.

Maison agréable mais bouchons d’oreilles indispensables

La société qui gère la location est super professionnelle. La proximité de l’aéroport n’est pas un frein à la location de la maison mais cela devrait être plus indiqué. 2 transats cassés dommage. Vue sympa ainsi que le spectacle des atterrissages. A l’intérieur de la maison tout le nécessaire est là. Un peu chaud à l’étage dans les chambres.

Très belle maison mais environnement bruyant

Maison très confortable, spacieuse, bien équipée, très bonne literie. Terrasse et jardin avec vue superbe de jour comme de nuit sur l'océan et la ville de Santa Cruz. Ce qui était génant c'était le bruit de fond permanent de circulation de véhicules (4 voies) et le bruit des avions (décollage/atterrissage) quand nous étions dans le jardin ou dans la maison avec les fenêtres ouvertes.
