The listing is completely inaccurate with the location and it is 2 bedrooms and not a 3 bedroom unit. It is nowhere near the historic center of Santa Marta or a 2 minute walk to Santa Marta Beach. It is 15 minutes away by car on a totally different beach.

The unit was nice and clean, the only down fault was that there wasn't any hot water to shower. Other than that the place was great, now that could have be at my only fault for not review if there was or wasn't any. The good thing it wasn't freezing cold, so a rapid shower could be taken. Thank you for my time at you unit. If asked if I would in the future stay in this unit, well I would say yes.

It probably was a good place 20 years ago

The property was clean and nice but it was not what We were expecting, employees are rude and not friendly. The building is 30 minutes walking to Rodadero which is the best beach of Rodadero, there is a beach near but is next to a river which is dirty as hell, the pictures of the pool is misleading, the pool is tiny and dirty, the restaurant in the Hotel is really bad don't even try it... wife was not happy that our room air conditioning was not working.. run from this place

I am very sorry that it was not what they expected from the apartment since in the photos nothing is shown that it is not, but as it is, when you talk about the employees, do you mean the people who work in the building or your hostesses? the river in winter time like everything normal of nature enters the sea and that's why it was like that, the photos of the pool are not a lie I don't understand why it says that about the pool if we really have 3 and soon there will be 5, as for the restaurant we apologize if it was a bad experience and with regard to the air they never reported the damage to us to fix it but they commented when they were leaving.
