Lovely house in a good location. Very enjoyable stay.
The Coach House 8s a lovely spacious holiday home, will appointed and beautifully clean and ready for our stay.
It's in a quiet location, good for walking into Cromer and exploring the surrounding area. Car parking can be tricky at times - narrow road.
Our only suggestions for some improvements would be larger bath towels and some softer pillows.

Fabulous
Just wow. Perfect location for the town and seafront - just a 5 minute walk. The open plan accommodation is perfect, and has everything you could possibly need/want, very well equipped. Spotlessly clean and lovely furnishings (given us a few ideas for our own house!). Bedrooms spacious and bed extremely comfortable. Thank you.

A wonderfully modern stay
The general facility and arrangement for a short stay was excellent.
Couch, very comfortable but low for clients with limited mobility.
Stairs steep, would benefit from small right side hand rail.
Breakfast bar stools saved the days.
Kitchen excellently laid-out with good “essential” stock.
“Welcome pack” was welcome.
En-suite shower good size, would benefit from storage for shampoo etc.
Bed, very comfortable. Bedroom storage adequate for holiday let.
Decor, very pleasing and cared for.
Seasonal price range should be decided and advertised per site (Norfolk Hideaways - Mngmt?). The near 50% increase from stated price was near deal-breaker.
Bi-fold doors lovely idea, deck furniture needed moving to fully open. Practical?
Overall, a very pleasant venue.
Thank you.
