About this property

Detached house with private pool, air conditioning, WiFi, located isolated in lush Tuscan nature overlooking the hills a little north of Lucca. You will stay in the wine area "rosso delle colline lucchesi" with the possibility of wine tasting on the way down to Lucca city.

The house develops over one floor and is located completely undisturbed about 300 meters from the owners' home, where they produce olive oil. The house is surrounded by olive groves and there are beautiful views from the small garden, which is furnished for outdoor dining with BBQ. In front of the view is also a comfortable garden sofa, perfect for a glass of wine after a long day of excursions in the area. You have access to a mt. 6.10 x mt. 3.80 x mt. 1.32 large semi-buried swimming pool with associated sun loungers and parasol. The pool is private and not shared with anyone.

The location is suitable for you who want to live close to nature, isolated without other guests or noise. Here a very relaxed atmosphere prevails but it is at the same time easy and fast to reach Lucca itself just as the entire Versilia coast with long beaches, Florence, Pisa etc. is within a short day trip. There are several eateries and shopping opportunities before reaching Lucca.

The house is completely renovated and consists of:
entrance to new well-equipped kitchen (gas burner, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, american coffee machine, toaster, kettle) with TV, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The decor is cozy in Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams in the ceiling. There is heating with fancoil, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Parking space 30 mt from the property. The last short stretch of road down to the parking space is made of gravel and not suitable for very low cars. The car can eventually be kept up with the owners who happily drive your suitcases or purchases.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, helt uforstyrret

Fantastisk beliggenhed, helt uforstyrret. INGEN larm. Vi hørte kun dyrelyde Kongeørnen svævede højt over olivenlunden, som er udsigten fra huset. Huset er enkelt og velindrettet til 2. Dejlig, ren pool. Liggestole og havemøbler til afslapning. Overkommelig afstand til Lucca og strand og alle de små dejlige byer i bjergene, indkøb og restaurant. Alt i alt: beskrivelsen fra Danitalia stemmer fuldstændig. Meget nemt at bestille. Dette er andet 2 vi bruger Danitalia og er meget tilfredse. . Med cyklerne på bilen til Gelso. Vi tog cykler med på ferie. Er du glad for at cykle og har du mod på at blive svedig og forpustet er huset rigtig godt beliggende. Så skønt at komme hjem til den dejlige pool. Særlig skønt at cykle rundt på Luccas bymur. Italienerne er meget hensynsfulde overfor cyklister i dette område. - der er mange italienske cyklister. Der ud over findes mange gode cykel ruter uden for landevejene. Nogle ture startede med at køre afsted med cyklerne bagpå, .så sætte bilen og kørte videre på cykel. Så ser man virkelig mange ting og kan nemt stoppe ved små hyggelige steder. Det er vi klar på at gøre en anden gang. Tina

Mooie plek

Mooie plek, eigen zwembad, vriendelijke ontvangst ondanks de taalbarrière, schoon, heel veel privacy tussen de olijfboomgaarden, de toegangsweg is steil en wat lastig met een gewone auto. Lucca ligt vlakbij en is prachtig. Supermarkt is in het dorp. We hebben genoten. Frans

We had a successful holiday in this nice little house with pool, airco, extensive facilities, located in beautiful nature, beautiful free views and complete tranquility. Helpful, nice and quickly responding owners live a few hundred meters away, invisible." J.A

Het viel ons tegen!

Huisje was niet echt schoon, badkamer rook niet fris, overal zaten spinnenwebben! (Zelf dus aan het poetsen geslagen) De handdoeken en het beddengoed roken vies (zurig) en we hebben geen één nacht goed geslapen doordat het bed echt vreselijk kraakte!! Kortom: het viel ons heel erg tegen!! Jammer dat er geen enkele communicatie mogelijk is met de eigenaar, tenzij je vloeiend Italiaans spreekt! De tweede dag nog wel een mail gestuurd naar de verhuurder maar hier hebben we niets op gehoord!! Omgeving is prima (rustig) en het het huisje licht redelijk dicht bij Lucca!

Standort des Ferienhauses

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr abgelegen und wirklich nur mit einem Auto in der Golfklasse zu erreichen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist nicht wirklich toll, denn man sieht nur Wald. Was sehr angenehm war, war die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.
