About this property

Holiday House with private pool in the green Garfagnana, precisely in Pascoso / Pescaglia.
This area of Tuscany is famous for its ancient villages and landscapes where you can go mountain biking, trekking and much more.

The Maresa vacation home is a portion of a house with a tiled garden and a private pool.
In the other portion of the house live the owners who are absent most of the day.

Entrance to the property is in common where 1 parking space is available and the other places are on the street below the house.
Near the owners' entrance, hidden by sheets and plants, there is a private swimming pool of 4 x 6 meters and a depth of 1.40.
The pool area obviously has sun loungers and deck chairs with parasol.

A few steps higher there is a terrace with a dining table and entrance into the house.

Below the property is a small stream which makes the area very cool in summer.

Really nice place, clean, cool and comfortable. Super pool. It’s a bit of drive to get there but once you are you can sit back and relax. Really nice hosts that respects your privacy. We, a family of six, had a great week

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, welche sich in den Apuanische Alpen in einem kleine Dorf befindet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wohnen mit einem kleinen Hund unter der Unterkunft.

Maison perchée dans les montagnes propres

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Mária Theresa. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par sa famille avec un petit gâteau de la région et une corbeille de fruits. La maison était très propres et vraiment super équipée. Idéale si vous aime les vacances en montagne isolés du monde sans communication (passé réseau de téléphone et internet ne fonctionne casi pas). Je conseille cet endroit pour des périodes où il fait très chaud parce que bien frais et pour randonné. Il faut 40 min pour faire 25km en voiture ne sont que des routes en lacets. Il fait très calme la maison est fraîche mais hélas très sombre aussi. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine il ne faisait pas assez chaud (fin août début septembre) et le soleil se lève et se couche derrière une colline. Nous avons en faite juste dormi la nous partions le matin et revenions le soir. Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos pour le jardin il n’est pas très grand en vrai et il n’est pas clôturé (si vous avez un chien s’abstenir). La grille d’entrée ne se ferme plus ou manuellement c’est faisable. Il y a trois restaurants pas loin nous avons super bien mangé à la Sosta je recommande. Quand à l’agence qui s’occupe de louer ce bien je ne vous conseille pas de passer par eux. Nous avons eu des soucis (logement et jardin non conforme a ce que je leur ai demandé plusieurs fois par mail) et demandé qu’est ce qu’il pouvait faire pour nous il ont répondu une fois en remettant le soucis sur nous, il n’ont pas trouvé de solution juste des arguments et j’attend toujours depuis le début du séjour (et nous sommes à la fin) la réponse à mon second mail.... ils ne sont pas du tout professionnel et réactif.
