Very nice place with the sweetest host

Very nice house. Clean and everything works. Super pool for the kids and a beautiful view. A super sweet and welcoming host that helped os for a perfect stay❤️

What an incredible Villa and a true gentleman Daniel is! The communication and thoughtfulness during the whole booking process and during our stay was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for any more! Wir sind im Mai drei Wochen zu zweit angereist und fanden ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes und sauberes Haus vor. Die Lage befindet sich oberhalb einer kleinen Ansiedlung, mit Blick auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Es gibt in wenigen Autominuten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, regional und Supermarkt. Die Entfernung zum Meer beträgt höchstens 15 Minuten, auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben keinen Tag bereut und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Nadja und Ralf.

Mycket trevlig hus med härlig pool. Ägarna är mycket vänliga, tillmötesgående och väldigt hjälpsamma. Huset är rent, välstädat och snyggt. Poolen är ren och välskött. Poolen än ganska enkel och inte så djup. Trädgården runt poolen är trevlig om än lite sliten. Resterande del av tomten är ganska vildvuxen. Det finns mycket djur precis i anslutning till huset, bland annat hästar och höns, och ägarnas hundar kommer ofta upp till huset. Huset ligger innanför en annan tomt som inte är så fin men det syns inte från huset. Ett ok boende och vi hade trevlig där. När till byn med resturang, cafe och några mindre affärer. Nära till stor matvaruaffär med bil.

Grazie per la bella recensione ma facciamo chiarezza: il cottage è all'interno di una enorme proprietà terriera di diversi ettari. Una ex azienda agricola. Dove sono rimasti, lontano dalla casa offerta qui in affitto, alcuni mansueti animali ai quali i proprietari sono rimasti affezionati. La casa, la terrazza, la piscina e il giardino sono racchiusi in una grande area recintata esclusivamente riservata agli ospiti e eventualmente ai loro cani e solo ai loro, alla quale solo gli ospiti accedono tramite un cancello dove nessuno e nemmeno i cani del proprietario possono entrare. A volte capita come per questi ospiti che siano loro a fare entrare i giocherelloni cani dei proprietari per farli giocare con i loro bimbi. Ma è una loro scelta. Altrimenti non ci sono animali vicino alla casa.

Ponys Cottage in Stiava, Massarosa in May 2025

Wir ( Ehepaar mit einem kleinen Hund) hatten sehr schöne zwei Wochen in Stiava. Das große Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt, sowie mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Familie ( Mutter Beatrice‘, Tochter Illaria und Sohn Diego ) haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und waren jederzeit bei Rückfragen verfügbar und hilfreich. Die Mahlzeiten ( Frühstück bis Abendessen) auf der Terrasse, mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick, waren jedesmal ein Genuss. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen und können uns vorstellen, erneut Ferien dort zu verbringen.

Tolles Haus mit tollen Gastgebern

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und hat reichlich Platz für alle. Wenn man will, kann man sich auch aus dem Weg gehen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr reichlich, alles ist vorhanden, vom Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Waschmaschine und Grill. Auch das Geschirr ist mehr als reichlich vorhanden. Es gibt 2 Fernseher, zwar ohne Satellitenempfang, aber wir haben uns mit Laptop und Streaming beholfen. Das W-Lan im Haus ist sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Kinder sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt reichlich Tiere auf dem Gelände: 2 Ponies, Katzen, Hunde, Ziegen und Hühner. Die Katzen lassen sich gerne streicheln und adoptieren die Ferienhausbewohner nach kurzer Zeit. Der Pool ist groß genug, um Spaß darin zu haben und er wird bei Bedarf gereingt. Von der Terrasse vor dem Haus hat man einen schönen Blick über das Dorf und die gegenüberliegenden Berge/Hügel. Ein echtes Highlight war die Begrüßung: es gab einen gedeckten Tisch mit Obst, Schnittchen, Knabbereien, Wasser und Prosecco. Das hatten wir noch nirgendwo! Wir kommen sehr gegne wieder!
