Villa Gentilina is located in a quite street in Stiava a small village 6 kms far from Viareggio. Surrounded by a nice and green garden, it features private parking for 2 cars accessible by automatic gate. The house is nearly 150 sqm, there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathroom ( one with tube ), 2 living rooms, dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, veranda looking the back yard and the pool. This patio is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast.
Two bedrooms on the first floor, soft and high quality bed linen, are very nice, quite and bright. The baby cot is available in request. The master bedroom has a very nice and romantic balcony.

One double bedroom on the main floor with its air-conditioning.
Two bathrooms one with shower and one with tube, high quality cotton bath towels provided.
There are 2 areas where you can enjoy your meals: the dining room, the large table under the umbrella facing the garden and the pool in the garden .
The house is completed furnished in 70s style with authentic original furnishing.
The kitchen is equipped with : fridge/freezer, oven, 4 stove, microwave, dishwasher, american coffee maker, mixer, blender, kettle, toaster pots/ pans/ dishes and everything to cook and serve. Kitchen and table linen provided. Children high chair available.
There are 2 comfortable living room: 2 large sofa ( 3 and 5 places ) the cocktail area, flat satellite tv.
Outside in the garden ( which is entirely secure and close by gates ) there is the pool with sun umbrella, chairs and bed in real teak wood, pool towels, then there is a large dining table under the umbrella which can seats up to 8 persons, we have also the barbecue and on the other side of the garden we have the ping pong table.
The house is perfect for families with children.
Pets are allowed upon request.
In 10 minutes by car you are in Viareggio, the land of beach, sea, restaurants and shopping.
In 20 minutes by car there is Pietrasanta famous for its artistic life and restaurants.
In 25 minutes by car we are in Forte dei Marmi the glamour town of fashion, restaurants and renovate boutiques.
Pisa is about 35 minutes by car, Firenze 1 hour and Lucca 35 minutes.
Villa Gentilina is perfect for your holidays in the countryside but very very close to the beaches and the night life and the shopping.

The house has air conditioning on the first floor and in the bedroom on ground floor, flat tv, internet wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped, table and kitchen linen are provided as well as bed and bath linen.


THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MAY TO OCTOBER
the pool is 9 meters x 4 meters, depth is from 1,20 meters to 1,70 meters



CHANGEOVERDAY IS SATURDAY, NO EXCEPTIONS.
CHECK IN FROM 16.30 to 18.30
