Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 3 people, with two bedrooms and a pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the sunset. Recently renovated, every detail has been taken care of, with exquisite decoration.
From the building itself, there is direct pedestrian access to Cala, Playa del Moro, and the natural pool of Tabaiba, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Likewise, a seaside promenade allows you to walk to Radazul, enjoying the coastal landscape (the route includes slopes and stairs).
It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 3 people, with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a pleasant terrace with sea views and the privilege of listening to the relaxing sound of the sea.
Strategically located, with excellent connections to the highway, making it easy to explore the rest of the island.

- Very quiet location with great views of the sea.
- Apartment was excellent value for money.
- There is no air conditioning.
- There is no smart TV and only Spanish TV channels.

- Would not recommend to people who have mobility issues - the beach and surrounding area is very hilly with lots of steps.

Lovely Stay with Sea View
Great apartment newly renovated and beautifully decorated.
Small kitchen but ideal for a single person or couple.
Good wifi just on the top entrance floor.
Parking for disable people right by the entrance, but busy area to find regular parking.
There is nothing to hang the clothes after washing.
It was not informed the flat has stairs, so the word duplex should be added to the title of the advert.
Add pictures with the beach access.

Buena opción para desconectar unos días
Nos ha gustado mucho la terraza y es muy luminoso. Tenía equipamiento básico correcto y los cafés/tes de cortesía son detalles a agradecer.
Hay un problema con los olores de desagüe pero creo q es común a todos los apartamentos por las cañerías en zona montañosa y las puertas correderas no cierran bien. Ahora que hace buen tiempo no ha sido problema pero hace un mes habría pasado frío. Los enchufes estaban con los cables sueltos. Varios interruptores o bombillas no funcionaban

Eine saubere Unterkunft, leider mit einer großen, lauten Baustelle direkt in Sicht- und Hörweite
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf zwei Etagen, Schlafzimmer und Bad in der unteren Etage. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist minimal ausgestattet, für zwei Personen ist es aber gut möglich, zu kochen. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich sehr gute Matratzen, das Bad mit Dusche ist interessant gestaltet. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf einen Balkon, der nach Osten ausgerichtet ist. Man kann die wunderbaren Sonnenaufgänge beobachten und Gran Canaria ist zu Greifen nah. Leider befindet sich in Sicht- und Hörweite eine Baustelle, gegenüber wird ein großes Haus gebaut, von Montag bis Freitag wird gehämmert, geklopft, gesägt und der Betonmischer lief. Die Baustelle, von der in der Anzeige geschrieben wurde, war bereits in den ersten Tagen beendet (da wurde eine Straße neu asphaltiert). Die Lautstärke hat uns tagsüber leider das Entspannen und Ausruhen genommen.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz nah am Meer, so dass man schnell ins Wasser springen kann. Ein Mietwagen ist ratsam. Alles in allem ist es eine schöne Wohnung und eine gute Lage, wenn der Hausbau beendet ist, bestimmt auch erholsamer.
