Prime vacation stay right next to the Fox theater, centrally located with 3 big beautiful city views high up from one spot. You can look straight down from your spot and see why ATL is one of the best and most active cities. It'll make you want to get out. Great pick for local events too. It's walking distance from a handful of restaurants of all sorts to choose from as well as bars, clubs, within walking distance. You'll sleep like a baby and won't want to leave this spot. Come and enjoy!!

Great location and fair price

The good: The location is convenient and the price was very fair. The place was as the pictures describe. We slept well and it was surprisingly quiet for being in the city! The not so good: The check in process was very confusing as I received conflicting messages. At first it said to meet someone then it said I was to self check in. It was eventually resolved. What frustrated us was that I verified there would be parking included prior to the trip. As I checked in, I was also told there would be a parking pass waiting for me on the counter inside the unit along with the card to get in and out of the building. It was not there, so I reached out to Suave who advised there were some recent changes to the parking garage and I would have to pay for parking ($30 per night at the on site garage). The building card also did not work, but I never had a problem getting into the building. As long as parking is not needed, I recommend this VRBO.

Great value for price!

This is a very nice property in a fantastic location. We were visiting family who live nearby, so it was perfect for us. Suave is a very responsive host, who has stocked the property with virtually everything you need. We will book again!

Great location great host

I loved the central location of the property. I was able to get to all the places I wanted to visit in a matter of minutes. I will definitely book again when I'm back in town. Suave was very nice.
