The Landmark Condominium, a 22-floor condo building, where our place is located in, is clean and welcoming! Right in the heart of Atlanta, it is quiet and respectable while also bustling with other guests and residents during the day.
We’re super thankful to be able to offer 1 FREE PARKING GARAGE SPOT for our guests to use during their stay at our place :) *For guests with multiple vehicles, paid parking garages and spaces are nearby.*
Mostly everything is walking distance (if you're up for it!), but Uber & Lyft are great choices too! Downtown Atlanta has many electric scooters and bikes parked along the sidewalks too. Atlanta's inner city subway station system, MARTA, is also a popular, less expensive mode of public transportation.
★ We kindly as that at least 1 person on the reservation be 21 or older to book our place.
★ We are super thankful to offer our guests 1 FREE PARKING spot (FREE, YAH!). It’s on-site in our condominium building’s covered, underground parking garage. **Please Note: If the height of your vehicle is 7 feet or higher, your vehicle will not be able fit through the parking garage. Parking in the wrong spot will result in a tow - we are not responsible for any tows or car break-ins.**
★ All guests are required to check-in with our 24/7 front lobby concierge and security. IDs will be scanned for all guests on the reservation. After that, your journey begins & your imagination awaits in our place!
★ We are committed to our guest's needs and will be available as much as we can, but past 9:30 PM, please be mindful of non-emergencies. We value our other work and family time (and most importantly..falling asleep while watching Netflix with our little fluffy white dog, Snowy)!
★ Please Note: Our condominium building, The Landmark, is an older one, so the air conditioning and heating units are controlled by the building seasonally (*But don’t worry, we have a portable heating/cooling unit for you to use in our unit, if necessary!).
★ Please Remember: You are in a building with other guests, residents and home owners, so please be mindful of this. As you can see, this is not a hotel, so hotel amenities/services and hotel level quality should not be expected.
★ Disclaimer: Atlanta is an exciting city (we know!), but we want you to stay safe and be aware during your stay. Being downtown, there may be homeless people and inevitable traffic noises. The parking garage can and will get dark, especially at night. Thankfully, our building has 24/7 front concierge and security. If you ever feel unsafe outside of our place, local police and the Downtown Atlanta Ambassador Force Services can assist you with services such as escorting, if needed.
★ For our adventure-seeking guests, there are 2 MARTA stations for the train less than 1 mile away and less than a 10 minute walk (Civic Center station and Peachtree Center station)!
