Located on the ground floor (but with steps), the Restalrig Apartment, with free Wifi and free on-street parking, welcomes two guests maximum.

The one-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a two-seater breakfast table, while a dining table and chairs can be found in the living room.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so late check-ins are not possible - 2200hrs being the latest.

This is not a party flat. CCTV protected (cameras located externally obviously!).

Maximum number of guests: Two (2) for licencing, fire & insurance reasons. Extra guests are strictly forbidden and the booking will be cancelled.

Susans place is super cozy and had everything one could need. We much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The living room and bedroom were well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the downtown and Leith. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The location was great too and there is a bus stop right outside the front door to get into the city centre. There are also shops right on the doorstep. If I was returning to Edinburgh, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
