Susan is an amazing host. She is very helpful and supplies comprehensive information. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. The property is very neat, beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all the amenities one would require. We had a fabulous stay in Edinburgh thanks to Susan and her efficient management and the lovely and comfortable apartment.

Susan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from the comfy bed to the cozy towels and welcome shortbread, you won’t miss home. This flat has easy access to the city centre with bus access steps from your secure entry way and free on street parking at your door. It was everything we needed during our stay in Edinburgh.
This home was exactly what we needed for our three day visit to Edinburgh. All communication was accurate and easy. The home was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. It was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. Good bed and lovely shower. Access to the city was easy with the bus stop right outside. Coffee shop and small supermarket across the road and a “chippy” around the corner. Lucky to have found it and would highly recommend it!

Great flat, she has anything you can need in the flat! Simply great experience
This was my first stop on my journey, and due to the excellent directions I was able to quickly orient myself to the city. I purposefully wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. From the welcoming red front door, cozy amenities, and little touches of welcome, I absolutely loved this whimsical sweet apartment. The owner was very prompt at answering my questions, provided excellent instructions, and went above and beyond helping me find a special personal souvenir.
Truly an amazing place to stay and our host is the most wonderful woman ever. She has some many guides to helping you see and figure out your way around the city. The apartment was clean and a beautiful place to stay. I 1000% recommend this place.
This was a great stay. Would be happy to recommend. Only slight negative is that this place isn’t walking distance to downtown. That said, it’s a short bus ride or uber. The host was wonderful to deal with. Place was spotless upon arrival. There was a guest book with tons of info on local spots. Any questions we had were answered nearly immediately and many things were thought of in advance. I’d be happy to stay here again.
We much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The living room and bedroom were well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the downtown and Leith. We would definitely stay again.
Lovely flat hosted by a very nice lady who kept us well informed. Nice and clean with plenty of space for the two of us. Situated a quick 10 minute bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh and opposite a well stocked Co-op.
We had a lovely stay at Susan's flat during the Fringe festival. It was easy to use local transport and had a well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay again when in town.
This is a lovely little apartment in a fabulous location, just outside the city, but not far from everything.
Susan was super attentive to everything a guest may need, and there were little touches that made the stay extra enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Edinburgh and staying here again.
The property located in a great location to public transportation with a store just across the street. The owner went above and beyond supplying the place with everything you may possibly need and it was well maintained. She even gave all the information needed to navigate the city! We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it.
