Brighton Kemptown Flat With Patio - 5 Min to Beach

Recently refurbished, this modern flat is located just minutes from Kemp Town, Brighton Beach and Brighton Town Centre. With an outside space you can enjoy the sunshine even when you are not on the beach.

The apartment has its own private patio space with a garden table, garden sofa and chairs. This is the perfect spot to take in the sea air. Look out for "Lucky" our lovable mascot on the patio.

The apartment is a short walk downhill to the seaside. You will see the sea as soon as you leave the front door giving you a beautiful view all the way down to the beach.

Please note that the flat now has a new 3 seater sofa & Chair in lounge. The bedroom has been painted blue and a new luxury UK double mattress.
