Sehr schönes renoviertes und zentral liegendes Haus an befahrener Straße

Der Aufenthalt in Pula hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und neu renoviert. Das obere Wohnzimmer ist große genug als Gemeinschaftsraum und auch am Tisch haben 10 Personen Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt 2 schöne Buchten in Laufnähe (5 min) und auch die Innenstadt kann man in 20 Minuten zu Fuss erreichen, mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Kolosseum. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die sehr befahrene Straße, an der das Haus liegt, was die Nächte etwas unruhig macht und die schlecht funktionierenden Abflüsse in den Duschen der unteren Wohnung. Zudem fanden wir das Haus für 10 Leute fast zu eng, für 8 ist es optimal. Das Bett im Gang ist bei hohen Temperaturen fast nicht zu benutzen.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit einigen Jugendlichen eine Woche in dem Haus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war sehr positiv, dass das Haus nicht in einer abgeschiedenen Feriengegend liegt, sondern fast mitten im Leben von Pula. In wenigen Minuten am Strand, kleine Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte in Laufweite. Aus unserer Sicht sehr empfehlenswert. Danke!

Jolie maison mal située

La maison est confortable et bien équipée, mais située dans un environnement qui ne correspond pas à ce que laissent croire les photos. Elle se situe au bord d'une grand route et à proximité immédiate de barres d'immeubles peu jolies qui n'apparaissent pas sur les images. Difficilement acceptable à un tel niveau de prix.

Dear Aline, I'm very glad that you like my new renovated house. House is situated 5 minutes walking distance from Pula's Promenade and beaches. In walking distance are also several meat and fish restaurants, pizzeria, fresh market, grocery stores, diving club, gas station, pharmacy, bus station, beach bar, vine bar and other bars. Entspannter Urlaub auf gepflegtem Niveau

Wir haben zwar nur 1 Woche in diesem schönen gepflegtem Haus verbracht, aber es war super :)) sehr zentral, nahe zum Meer, für das nötigste ist Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt ein Katzensprung entfernt . Die Vermieterin super klasse, sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ . Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden es auch selbst immer wieder mieten. Danke Branka Valic

A well appointed property.

We enjoyed a two week stay at the Villa Lungomare. This well appointed property has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including some interesting quirky design features.Good local facilities i.e. market,bakery,supermarkets etc. Good restaurants, Farabuto ( 5 Minutes ), Gina's ( 25 Minutes ) recommended. Regular and reliable bus service into Pula. Enjoyed our trips to Venice and Rovinj. The owner Branka, and her family, very welcoming and always available to help.A most enjoyable holiday. Stuart L

Lovely Stay

Four of us stayed for a week - and had a lovely time. The apartment is really well situated for the beach and town - both easily walkable - beach about 10 mins and the town centre about 20 mins. We also tried Diving Pula which was quite a long walk but definitely do'able in a marina to the east, the nearby restaurant Farabuto - which was wonderful and definitely worth a visit, boat trip on the boat Orion to Rovinj (booked this along the sea front in Pula) and Red Island - again a great day out - Rovinj is beautiful . It was also convenient for the bakery (5 mins around the corner), market (great range of fresh vegetables and fruit) and the supermarket next to the market. Everything you needed is within walking distance. The apartment is really nice and has everything you need including air conditioning in the lounge and one of the bedrooms - which we found very useful - it was very hot. The terrace was a good size for four of us to sit out and eat and the 2nd floor terrace was lovely and private to sit in the sun. For a weeks stay there was enough to do without needing to book a car - just the kayaking to Prementura required a taxi trip. The owner was very helpful to us, helping with the taxi to/from the airport and when we went kayaking.

RELAXING AND VERY NICE HOLIDAYS!

We stayed at " Villa Lungomare " this year and we have nothing to say but compliments. In the apartment you have a nice 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a livingroom with perfect equiped kitchen, everything really nice and modern furnished. The terrace is nice sunny but with sun screen and well furnished. There is enough space for relaxing! We found it very cosy, especially the livingroom and terrace. It''s easy to reach the house. In near of the Villa you''ll find a bakery, a little supermarket and some very nice restaurants. Especially "Farabuto" was our favourite restaurant.(2 minutes walk from the Villa) Every day there is a market with fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and fish . You also find here a lot of bars and restaurants. Pretty touristic but returning to Villa Lungomare gives always peace and rest. There are several other nice villages/cities in the area : Premantura, Rovinj, Bale the sea is beautiful and the national park of Kamenjak is really superb and wonderful. You really have to visit !! The apartment belongs to very nice and well informed owners, who doesnt live in the house but always provided requested information, if needed. The best thing is that Villa Lungomare is situated only a few minutes walk to the beatifull beach. Beautifull appartment and few nice restaurants and bars in vicinity make "Villa Lungomare" a perfect place for family holliday. We will definitely come back.

Entspannung auf bestem Niveau

Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem gepflegtem und sauberen Haus verbracht - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet: die Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Badenzimmer, Terrasse,.. Alles ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Bars, Discos, Strand. Der Strand ist sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen
