Located at the very end of an ocean canal, the home boasts a rare level of privacy and seclusion, fully enclosed by a wood fence with two vehicle gates. The 80+ ft deep-water dock includes five boat slips, lights, water access, and a fish cleaning station, plus a canal entry ideal for launching kayaks or paddleboards (bring your own or rent nearby). It’s an angler’s dream and a boater’s paradise.

The interior features five spacious bedrooms with king and queen memory foam beds, elevated coastal design, and separate upstairs/downstairs living—each with its own washer/dryer for convenience and privacy. A sixth private suite was recently added.
