Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom/4 bath house. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with three queen-sized beds and a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle , comfortable for sleeping 12 people, for optimal comfort 10 adults recommended max.. Two open living room spaces are furnished with comfortable couches and a large TVs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a farmhouse table that seats 10 and and large center island that seats 2 . Situated near Sombrero Beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of swimming, snorkeling, picnicking and sun bathing and later watch the sunset from the patio or amazing tiki hut with outdoor kitchen. Newly built dock with approx 55 feet of dockage available for use on deep wide canal, bring your boat or rent one from many local companies and explore the beautiful tropic waters and sandbars. Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as Key West, the Dry Tortugas and the Turtle Hospital.

Highly recommend this house!! Our family loved the pool— the backyard is amazing! Location was excellent for day trips and getting around. House is well maintained. Comfortable Home

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children just spent a week at this property. Lots of room for all of us and we spent the majority of our time outside by the beautiful pool and kitchen area. Such a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The house was nice and spacious, accommodated our party of 12 very comfortably. The kitchens were well equipped, the 3 ice makers were a much appreciated extra perk, ample fridge space, plenty of extra towels, great upstairs and downstairs living room/hangout spots. The pool and tiki areas are fabulous, so much fun was had!! The canal is wide and dockage is also ample, very convenient for all the boating. The communication was clear and friendly! Overall, just a really great spot to enjoy your vacation!

Great setup for a family vacation

Had a great trip with our family. We loved the pool, the many ice makers, the space and the location. It was great to have the dock for a boat and the beds were comfortable. Lots of amenities! Slept 10 of us.

Great property. We had 3 families (11 people) and everyone had a great time. Outdoor pool and tiki space is beautiful. Nice new dock. Plenty of fridges and ice. Comfortable beds… I would definitely stay again.

Perfect FL Keys Family Retreat

Everything about our stay was great. The backyard tropical oasis was the biggest hit with our family - resort style pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, privacy and quiet. We also enjoyed having our coffee on the covered/screened porch. Everything was clean. Location is perfect with convenient access to grocery store, restaurants, beach and more. Thanks to our hosts. Amazing house

Our annual family reunion in the keys was wonderful in large part because of the Tres Tortugas home. The house had great amenities including an incredible backyard- pool, kitchen, grill, lounge chairs, dock, deck, etc. Working and communicating with the owners was easy, efficient, and always responsive. Highly recommend this house to others.

From top to bottom the inside of this house was fantastic. We enjoyed every room in this house. These comments capture outside as well...fantastic pool and surroundings. Enjoyed the neighborhood and area as well. Any question we had or need was immediately addressed by either Rhonda or her neighbor. Definitely somewhere I would look at staying again if coming to Marathon.

Exactly what we were looking for!

This was a perfect spot for our group of 10 to have a wonderful family vacation in the Florida Keys together!!! Right down the road from Sombrero Beach. Easy drive to Key West Day Trip and various beaches around the keys. Super easy to kayak. Awesome pool and outdoor grill and tiki bar. We fished, we snorkeled, we ate a ton of great food and loved it all. Thank you to Rhonda! We'd love to come back soon!!

Amazing house

What a gorgeous home and property for our group of 9 adults. Rhonda was an awesome host and responded immediately to any questions that we had. The house was immaculate and stocked with any kitchen item one might need along with multiple fridges and ice makers. The tiki bar and pool area were the main attraction and fit the bill for some great family time. The photos do not do this property justice and we hope to come back again!

Paradise in the Keys

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Tres Tortugas! The home had everything and the top notch furniture and amenities. Our biggest issue was remembering what fridge or kitchen we left something in!!! We loved cooking outside by the pool and lounging to some tunes in the hot tub. This was the most comfortable vacation rental we have experienced in all our years. Super location and we fell in love with all Marathon has to offer. We truly can't say enough good things about it.
