We have been coming to the Keys for 13yrs. This house by far exceeded expectations. We have a family of 9 and it worked perfect for us. Pool was fantastic after a boat day and absolutely loved the outdoor kitchen. We spent A LOT of time out there. Great location, house was so clean and had EVERYTHING, even better than the pictures! Monica was great with communication. Ready to book for next year.

We had a great time at this house. So much to do here. Everything is well appointed. Monica the manager is fantastic! She quickly answered and helped us with whatever was needed. Very glad we picked this rental.

Amazing time at this VRBO. Would highly recommend. Very clean and tons of amenities to utilize while we were there! We rented a boat for a few days and wasn’t an issue to leave the boat docked at the property. The host was very responsive to questions. We had 2 families of 4 and the home was perfect! Very relaxing and overall great vacation in Marathon! Would go back!!

Beautiful home- fully equipped house. Outdoor area/kitchen was amazing- spent a lot of time outside. Very clean house. Our 36ft boat fit comfortably. Nice cleaning station with umbrella , bait freezer and ice machine all a big A. Enjoyed the clean pool as well.

Amazing villa

Villa coral is a beautiful villa it far exceeded our expectations. We stayed as a family of 9. There was plenty of room for everyone and to spread out accommodating all our needs. We paid extra for the pool to be heated which was lovely especially for the young children.

Great Place

Everything we needed was there. Had plenty of misc. items, we didn’t need to buy any the simple things. We had concerns with the proximity to the airport, this was a total non-issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We have used Sandy Palms in the past. Their homes are beautiful! Every detail is thought of. The homes smell amazing. We enjoyed the outside area all week including the pool. It was perfect for all of us. We had the pleasure of manatee visits a few times during the week which was amazingWe will rent from this company again!

Marathon Key

We had a great time staying at this property. It was close to everything had a great outdoor space. We spent all our time either on the boat we rented and parked right at our house or just enjoying the outdoor space at the house. Monica and her crew were quick to respond to any issue we had. We will definitely back at some point as all of us had a great time.
