As a full time resident of the Fabulous Florida Keys since 1998 I now call this HOME. Growing up in Vermont has allowed me to fully embrace what " Tropical Living " is all about, while still allowing me to relate to our guests that come from all over the county and world. The Florida Keys are like no other place in Florida and being able to share this little piece of paradise to folks that have never ventured this far south has been what's kept me truly appreciating what I have been doing for almost 20 year! Why they chose this property
The Island of Marathon is unique in many ways. For 1 it's one of the few places in the Florida Keys that you can rent a single family home weekly, instead of monthly. Being centrally located in the middle of the Keys also, allows you to be equal distance from the Main Land and Key West. Marathon is also one of only a couple islands that has an excellent mixture of everything (shopping, restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, medical, and a good handful of tourist activities located within 7 miles.

Newly Constructed in 2024 this property was built as a Vacation Rental Investment Property with guest capacity, property layout, and guest privacy in mind. As the owner's are big family guy's they wanted to build a place where families could break away from their daily grinds, come together, have plenty of room to move around, and share a little piece of paradise together with the people they care about! The party doesn't start without you, so what are you waiting for?
