Nice little flat.
Nice little flat, with everything you need. Good central location if you want to visit a few places in the near area. Clean and tidy with the expected wear and tear area's but nothing major. Unfortunately there is no door on the kitchen and during our stay one of the kitchen windows was broken so the wind coming through made it quite cold in the evenings so had to shut ourselves in the rooms instead which were warm. Reported it straight to the agent who said they would get that fixed. Sofa's are not the most comfortable as quite upright but adequate. Would stay again.

Nice apartment on the 1st floor.
Had a great time in Southbourne, the apartment was nice, the environment quiet, good for go by bus and near to the beach and a little supermarket. Very good beds. The parking space was a little bit too small for our large car so we had to coordinate with the other holiday makers, but no problem at all. Thank you!
