LOVELY BUNGALOW JUST 200 YARDS FROM SEAFRONT WITH GARDEN - HB2087
AVON BEACH RETREAT is a delightful bungalow which has good quality furnishings and a wide range of equipment. The bungalow is situated in an exclusive residential area that is just approx. 200 hundred yards away from the seafront for beaches and access to Mudeford Harbour for fishing and ferry trips. This is also a very popular windsurfing area.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom - Twin Bedroom - Twin Bedroom.
The spacious lounge/diner has a bed settee to sleep 1 or 2 and FLATSCREEN TV - DVD - FREEVIEW BOX - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) - there is also a patio door leading onto patio area and a very large rear garden.
The modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER.
The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath and shower facility. There is also a separate toilet.
The large, secure rear garden is mainly lawn and there is a front lawn with flower beds.
The property has ample parking in the driveway for at least three cars.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
The owner also provides a hairdryer, chairs for the beach and garden and windbreakers. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.
