The Coach House is a beautiful gated cottage that's only a stone's throw away from the beach and Mudeford Quay. Everything you need for a perfect home from home holiday. All our properties are well equipped, providing everything for a perfect holiday. There is certainly plenty of places to visit all within easy access via car or public transport. If you want to eat at the property, great, everything is available for you. Alternatively there are plenty of lovely places to treat yourself and eat out to make your holiday a really relaxing and memorable one!

Nice secure area with great beach right on the doorstep.

The property was clean and should score 9/10. All bedding,towels,fan tea coffee sugar and milk and flowers on table when we arrived .Lovely.

Good place to be

Lovely little home from home in a good spot for visiting many places. Plenty of sockets in convenient places for hairdryer, chargers etc. quaint ceiling line in the bedroom caused a few bumps and cuts sadly, despite neither of us being very tall, however definitely more good points than bad.

Perfect position

I loved my stay at the Coach House. It is a cute one bedroom mezzanine cottage in a secure yard a stone's throw from the beach. My only comment is that since I was staying for two weeks I would have appreciated more amenities, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, liquid soap plus more crockery etc in the kitchen.

Cosy cottage

Excellent location, 5minutes walk to beach. Safe secure parking. Very nicely furnished and comfortable bed. Gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing as we feel it should mention that there is no outside seating area,/garden ... there is a bench by the front door if you want to sit in the driveway. The living area is quite dark as it has trees very close to the lounge windows, ie:- Have to have light on to see to read.

Not a good first impression very dark and not so clean.

the stair carpet was very dirty pans caked on old food had to really scrub to get them clean fair amount of dust up the stairs also TV much too small needed a magnifying glass to watch the sofas way pass there best really need replacing, it is the worst place we have ever rented not 5star as stated and not worth the money.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We pride ourselves on all our guests having a great holiday and proud of our history of returning guests who have chosen to review us as a 5 star property. We understand you had issues during your stay with us back in August and am really grateful that you have flagged these to us after your departure. Should you choose to stay with us again in the future, please do let us know on arrival of any issues or anything you are not happy about so that we can deal with these immediately and therefore leaving you to enjoy your stay. The TV is being upgraded in the coming months. We are aware that people are now having larger TV’s but equally do not want to take the comfort and ambience of the lounge area over by having a TV that is too large for the property. Many people have increased their prices this year for taking staycations. We have not. We feel that so many are in need of a holiday and it is unfair to pass additional costs onto our guests. In the neighbourhood some properties are charging £300 per night. This is half what we charge for a full week in high season and £300 would secure a full week at The Coach House in our low season. We have made a habit of staying at the property ourselves to check that everything is up to our high standards and the comments you made will absolutely be passed on to our Housekeeper for attention. We also understand you were unhappy about not having a garden or sea view. This is not advertised as a feature at this particular property. I hope you got to enjoy some lovely walks along the coastline that is so accessible to the property. Maggie Rose Owner

Cosy Home warm and comfortable

First visit to The Coach House was not disappointed, everything clean/tidy and welcoming including fresh flowers. Exactly as described , stones throw to Avon Beach, a little hidden gem. Have no hesitation in booking further visit in 2020

Delightful and tranquil

The cottage is set well back from any passing traffic in gated compound with several parking bays (easier with a shorter car). There are no real views, but who looks out of the windows when you're 3 minutes slow walk from the beach? A comfortable cottage with all you need (unless you need a dishwasher, but how much washing up can you create?). The area is very pleasant with a variety of walks and places of interest close at hand and plenty of things within a short drive. We'll definitely be going back.
