Great Escape

After staying in resorts for several years, I decided to try something different this year and rented this very nice condo for 10 days. It is nicely appointed with a full kitchen and shopping nearby to make it easy to prepare our own meals. It's also centrally located to shopping, great restaurants and the beach. I can't wait to go back.

Was a nice big apartment. Good location, comfy beds. Privacy was good. Close to all the Vallarta spots. 8-10 dollar Uber rides to everywhere you want to go. Oxxo liquor store across street! 😂

First visit to Puerta Vallarta

We had a wonderful time in the condo. Rossana was very responsive and helpful. She even got some supplies stocked up before we arrived and suggested some things to do while we are here. All daily necessities and lots of restaurants are within walking distances. Located is central and ideal. We will try to rent it again and will highly recommend to others. Thank you Rossana for making our visit so enjoyable!

Very nice!

Love this property! We were here for 7 nights in late July. It was very hot outside, so the AC units in every room and the multiple fans were awesome. The one room that had no AC was the master bathroom, which also did not have hot water in the shower. Ironically, we didn't notice for a few days; it was so hot outside that a room-temp shower was perfect. Loved the amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher etc). Everything was modern and in good working order. We had a couple of small issues that Rossana took care of right away (e.g., the gas was shut off one day but she took care of it!). Location was a little busy due to it being a mixed-use complex but it was nice to have ice cream within 20 steps of the door, and at least three nail salons, several pharmacies and other businesses. Also there's a quiet nice beach about 500 steps away, and if you want a resort experience, you can get a day pass. All in all, we do recommend the condo!

Not as mentioned, mold and mildew issues

We arrived at property in downtown where host informed us was a high tourist location. There were very few people in this location. Although next to a bank as was mentioned, host failed to mentioned the were two armed guards standing near front door entrance with AR 15s. As we entered the residence, it was clean from first view. But smell was awful. As we looked around. There was mold and mildew near AC unit, water damage on walls. And black mold and mildew in showers and bathroom. My daughter who has severe allergies to mold and mildew could not breathe here. Here chest tightened and was coughing. She had to use her inhaler. We contacted host and property manager (her dad) came over and told us it was black caulking. My husband is a contractor and totally disagreed. You could rub the sludge with your finger. Needless to say, we did not stay here as my daughter's health was more important. Tried working with host, said would come clean it. It should have been cleaned in the first place. And she also suggested to call a doctor. Seriously?? Someone who does not know my child or her health history. I would not stay here!!

Very unfortunate this guest and their family, I believe they had another plans and want to leave the apartment to claim a refound. My property has no mold, there is no way her daughter would have health problems because of the apartment. They are the type of guest that can and will complaint for anything, even if there is a bank in the corner. I can’t recomend them at all.

Great location

Our stay was fantastic ,great location ,near beach and local restaurants nearby. Place was big and cozy . Beds were so comfortable slept like a baby every night. Definitely will come back next vacation.
