This modern, large apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a chalet-apartment complex on the edge of the small holiday resort Brand im Brandnertal in Vorarlberg, near Bludenz and directly in the Brandnertal ski area.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a cozy living room with fireplace, sitting area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms (both with an extra folding bed, one with a bathroom en-suite), another bathroom and a sunny balcony. There is also an elevator, a washing machine, a ski storage room, cellar storage, an underground garage with a parking lot and a garden (shared with other guests).
The town of Brand in the Alpine region of Bludenz is also called the most beautiful valley in the Alps; the town is framed by a beautiful mountain world. The Brandnertal ski area offers 65 kilometers of slopes with 2 gondola accesses directly in town, 13 modern lifts and other outdoor activities such as tobogganing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and winter hiking. The panoramic cable car connects the two ski area parts of Brand and Bürserberg.
In summer the region offers many hiking routes (400 km of hiking trails right on the doorstep) and mountain bike tours. Directly in Brand there is an adventure park in the forest, he Alpin Golf Brand golf course and the natural swimming lake Alvierbad in Brand that offers lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Bludenz, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Let´s start with positive things. Apartment is spacey and nice. It is placed on first floor, so it is not very sunny, what is very good thing during hot summer days. The view from balcony is amazing. Apartment house is situated in pretty calm place, even it is not far from the main road. But we are really not satisfied with the cleanness of this place. First thing I had to do when we arrived was to clean up the furniture in this apartment from dust, including the radiators in both bathrooms (I also had to clean the inside of the dresser so we could put our clothes in there). Some pillows from balcony´s furniture are missing buttons and one of them thorn on side. Around the couch there were forgotten pieces of children´s kit. I found hairs in my bed. It is obvious that cleaning lady did only the necessary actions, but she really did not care if everything is OK. (I´m working at cleaning company, controlling the work of our cleaning ladies. The state in which our apartment was upon arrival is something that I would not accept as a job well done by our cleaning ladies.)

Die Sauerberkeit hätte besser sein können. (z.B. Fingerabdrücke an der Balkontür, sehr fleckiger Teppich in der Küche) Zudem war die Ferienwohnung für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben, wir waren nur 5. Das 5. Bett war sehr klein und kurz (nur Klappliege) und stand mitten im Weg, die Tür ging nicht zu schließen, so dass wir es im Wohnzimmer aufgestellt haben. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht richtig und vor allem die Kaffeemaschine gar nicht. Das hätte besser ausgestattet sein können. Insgesamt wäre eine Erneuerung/Modernisierung der Möbel nicht schlecht. Das fanden wir insgesamt etwas schade.
Wohnung perfekt, Lage der Wohnung super, es hat alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen

Supermooie omgeving in een supermooi vakantieverblijf. Prachtig appartement waar je niks tekort komt. Heel mooie omgeving. Lunersee is zeker een bezoek waard. We zijn echte wandelaars en zijn goed aan onze trekken gekomen.

De woning in een rustig straatje beviel ons direct, ruim, gezellig en comfortabel. Alles was er behalve een pollepel! Nog enkele minpunten: in de keukenkast vonden wij een gevuld eierdopje en etenswaren van vorige vakantiegangers of van de eigenaar. Het badlinnen werd niet vervangen na een week. De matrassen zijn super! Wij hadden een grote teleurstelling. Door een nalatigheid van de eigenaar was het niet mogelijk om een gastenkaart te bekomen. De navraag heeft ons veel vakantietijd gekost. Na telefoons en mails naar de eigenaar was die bereid om onze meerkost aan kabelbanen, vervoer enz. te vergoeden. Dat is ook gebeurd. Hopelijk is bij de volgende gasten alles in orde. Belvilla heeft hier ook de schouders onder gezet. Het Brandnertal is prachtig. Een ritje op zondag met de Tschengla Express in Bürserberg en de Sonnenkopf in Klösterle met het Bärenland moet ook op het programma staan.

Prima accommodatie, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral het uitzicht vanaf het balkon, op de bergen, blijft boeien. De omgeving leent voor het maken van schitterende wandelingen, activiteiten en uitstapjes.

Heel prettig appartement; ruim, schoon, complete inrichting, alle nodige tools in de keuken. Knus en comfortabel. Vloerverwarming is erg fijn. Bankbediende en stoel op aanvraag beschikbaar. Moderne badkamers en zelf een wasmachine. Heerlijk ruim balkon op het zuiden, met beneden een tuin waar we met onze dreumes konden spelen. Handig een eigen parkeerplek te hebben onder het gebouw. Lift in het gebouw. 5 minuten lopen naar de dichtstbijzijnde gondel, waar prima pistes beginnen. Heerlijk skigebied en ook voor winterwandelaars is er genoeg te doen. Na dag 1 hadden we al besloten dat we zeker nog een keer dit appartement willen boeken voor wintersport of zomervakantie. Al met al een aanrader!!
