We look forward to hosting you with a CROESO CYMRAEG / WELSH WELCOME and we wish you a great stay with us, best regards/ Cyfarchion gorau Gary and Carys Owen

Why they chose this property

The property is a former stables ,where during the mid 1800s it was a thriving mineral works [Ellis`Mineral works] deep below the property there is a well which once provided quality mineral water and was well known for its quality localy and further afield . " Well" translates to "ffynnon" in Welsh thus " LLety Maes FFynnon " is loosely "Accomodation in the field of the Well" . The building is the last remaining structure of the former Ellis`s mineral works and the fine stone arches were once the facade of the stables that housed the horses that would transport the crates of water. There is a brief history within the property which can be seen on the notice board .

What makes this property unique

The property [with free parking ] is well placed on the edge of the town , so its walking distance to the town square ,pubs and restaurants, no need for a taxi ,but also the property has peace and tranquility where you can relax in the hot tub on the balcony and view the wildlife.
The town of Ruthin [ Rhuthun ] in Welsh is well placed to explore the many attractions that North Wales offers ,but also well under an hour drive to lager towns and cities ,Wrexham ,Chester and Liverpool
