This charming modern house has been completely renovated in 2017. With floor heating, new kitchen, new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen it feels like home to come immediately. Ideal for small families (maximum 4 persons) or just with two. There is a large kingsize-bedt on the ground floor and 2 single bed's on the 1st floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, water cooker and Nespresso coffee machine. There are plates, glasses and cutlery. The spacious bathroom has a shower, double sink, toilet and washer and dryer. You can use from the large terrace in front of the home or small enclosed terrace on the side. Parking is easy and free at the door on site. WiFi is also available for free.

All daily facilities can be reached within a 2-minute walk (including a bakery, restaurants, etc.) There is also a bicycle rental available in the center of Groet. The Dunes can be reached within a 3/5 minute walk. There are several beach entrances in the area.
