Apartment 'Groeterstaete' 7 is located on the 1st floor. Floor (lift available) in a small apartment building in the center of Groet. It is perfect for a beach holiday. The spacious apartment with balcony is nice and comfortably furnished and has a beautiful location with a beautiful view. A sunny balcony is available and in the living room is a French balcony with double doors.

Layout: Entrance with separate toilet, beautiful living room with comfortable seating, TV with several German channels and Wi-Fi. Dining table and open and fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom with double bed and a small children's room with bunk beds. Modern bathroom with duo shower and sunshower (sunbathing in the shower). Parking is available.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut erreichbar, leider kein zur Wohnung gehörender Parkplatz, Lage sehr gut, direkte Anbindung an das Fahrradwegenetz. Gastronomie fussläufig zu erreichen.

Wunderschöne Umgebung
Freundliche,saubere,helle Ferienwohnung mit allem was nötig ist.Etwas hellhörig.Die Lage ist hervorragend um direkt mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß in die Dünen von Schoorl zu kommen.Breiter Sandstrand,wenig Touristen im Verhältnis zur Ostsee. Kleiner Supermarkt ist nur wenige Meter entfernt.Alkmaar(auch mit dem Rad)und Amsterdam sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar . Ein zweiter Wohnungsschlüssel wäre gut gewesen.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in die Schoorler Dünenlandschaft. Auch super ist, dass eine Einkaufmöglichkeit fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Eisdiele, Fahradverleih & Restaurants sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist Geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ideal. Das Kinderzimmer ist sehr klein. Wir nutzten es als Ankleidezimmer. Der Küchenbereich ist ausreichend. Das Besteck und Geschirr ist jedoch sehr spartanisch. Zum täglichen kochen fehlen Utensilien. Wir hatten super Wetter und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Entspannen kommen wir gerne mal wieder.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit kleinem Makel
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön direkt am Schoorlse Duinreservat gelegen (toll zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren). Es hat eigentlich an nichts gefehlt; der einzige Makel war der Gasherd bzw. der Zwang, beim Kochen (und Duschen!) grundsätzlich die Abzugshaube einzuschalten. Alles in allem haben wir uns in Groet sehr wogl gefühlt.
