Comfortable Norwich Home (UEA, Hospital, Walks)

A comfortable family home - UEA, hospital, city centre, local shopping, open fields and river within easy reach. Regular buses to city centre, UEA and hospital 2 min away. Great for a university/hospital stay or as a base to explore Norfolk.

Up to four guests can sleep in the three bedrooms and one or maximum two in the living room (on inflatable/foldable beds). There is also a toddler bed and a cot bed (can be attached to the double bed and used as a wheeled playpen as well).

Amenities include:
- private parking
- 1.5 bathrooms
- washing machine and detergent
- bedsheets and towels
- free wifi (user is liable for any illegal use)
- large HDMI screen in the double bedroom can connect to watch films etc. on your device
- home cinema (projector and large screen in the living room, enquire in advance if you'd like to use it)
- ample desk space with desktop screens
- microwave, kettle, juice maker in the kitchen
- sheltered garden and patio with chairs, table, hammock and barbecue/smoker
- welcome to use bicycles; double stroller/bike child trailer by agreement
- raspberries in the garden all summer :)

The house has everything you may need and is professionally cleaned between guests but has, for the most part, not been renovated recently. It is rented AS IS: the carpets, for example, have stains we cannot get out (previous owners had children) and will soon be replaced but this has not been done yet.

We free space for guests but this is our primary home rented while we are away, so our books and things stay behind, please treat them respectfully (and read the books if you like any :)).

There is no TV (using any streaming TV services subject to a fine since the house has no TV license).
