Wonderful stay

The property was exceptionally well placed for visiting Chester, only a couple of minutes walk from the centre. The apartment was clean, warm and the beds were especially comfortable. Parking at the property was very accessible and for parking before check in and after checking out there are 2 cheap car parks (£1 per hour) a few metres away. The property would benefit from having a few coat hooks. Would definitely recommend.

Problem for self caterers

The apartment was clean and in a convenient location to explore Chester so overall we enjoyed our stay. We found food preparation difficult as there was no cutting board, no vegetable peeler & some missing saucepan ware. Also, despite a hair dryer being listed under amenities we couldn’t find one. I did email the manager about the above but haven’t heard back. Good apartment but someone needs to check things are in order.

Lovely birthday break

Great location and comfortable apartment. It is quite new and a few basic additions would improve it eg wine glasses , chopping board, small frying pan, a tea towel etc

The apartment location was great, very close to the centre of Chester but surprisingly quiet. It was very well appointed. A home from home. We did assume that there would be a hairdryer at the apartment and I tried to contact the host, but no reply either by phone or email. Thee was also a damp smell in the bathroom and the apartment smelled of cooked breakfast from previous tenant. The windows are very high and we couldn’t open them. I would book this apartment again but the above issues need to be sorted
