Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist schön, der Garten wunderschön. Die Kinder liebten das große Trampolin. Sauna schön. Die Betten waren teilweise nicht besonders bequem. Es war insgesamt nicht so richtig sauber: Staub und Haare in den Ecken, Kamin benutzt und nicht gesäubert. Bei Ankunft dreckiges Geschirr in Spülmaschine. Lage gut, aber Fahrräder sind eine gute Idee, um schnell in den Ort und zum Strand zu kommen. Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden!!

Zu einigen Ihrer Anmerkungen möchten wir Folgendes klarstellen: – Die Betten wurden erst vor Kurzem erneuert, daher überrascht es uns, dass der Schlafkomfort als nicht ausreichend empfunden wurde. Natürlich ist Komfort subjektiv, aber wir nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung ernst. – Die Bemerkungen zur Sauberkeit haben uns sehr überrascht. Unser Reinigungsdienst arbeitet seit Jahren professionell und zuverlässig, und bisher haben wir dazu noch nie Beschwerden erhalten. Trotzdem werden wir die Hinweise sorgfältig überprüfen, da Sauberkeit für uns oberste Priorität hat. – Bettwäsche ist im Aufenthaltspreis inbegriffen. Handtücher hingegen sind optional und können gemietet werden – dies wurde sowohl in der Buchungsbeschreibung als auch mehrfach in der Kommunikation im Vorfeld deutlich erklärt. – Fahrräder gehören nicht zur Ausstattung der Unterkunft, aber wir haben Sie vorab korrekt über die Mietmöglichkeit beim örtlichen Fahrradverleih informiert. Wir sind stets bemüht, unseren Gästen einen angenehmen und transparenten Aufenthalt zu bieten, und danken Ihnen für Ihre Rückmeldung als Gelegenheit zur weiteren Optimierung unseres Angebots.

Top für Urlaub mit Kindern

Wir hatten mit drei Kindern (0-3Jahre) und 6 Erwachsenen einen super Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es gibt jede Menge Spielsachen sowohl im Haus, als auch im Garten und einen Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und geräumig. Der Vermieter war stets zu erreichen und hat uns gute Tips gegeben.
