Welcome to this beautiful, recently renovated detached villa near the dune reserve in Oostduinkerke, featuring a stunning south-facing garden and a newly furnished sauna and relaxation area where you can completely unwind after a brisk walk on the beach. On the southeast-facing terrace, you can bask in the sun from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., allowing you to enjoy the fresh sea air starting with breakfast. The terrace features a beautiful lounge chair and a large umbrella. The garden is completely surrounded by greenery. It’s ideal for letting children or the dog play safely and for enjoying the green surroundings in complete privacy. The spacious driveway in front of the house can accommodate two cars. Both couples and families with children are more than welcome in our child-friendly home. With a cosy children’s bedroom, a fun garden featuring a large trampoline, a swing, outdoor toys, toy cars, and little bikes, plus an entire indoor play area filled with toys, this is a true paradise for kids! Just around the corner, there’s also a large playground where the children can play to their heart’s content. A wooden cot and a Tripp Trapp high chair are also available. This luxurious villa is quietly situated on a dead-end street right next to the dune reserve and features: 4 large bedrooms – 2 bathrooms – 2 toilets – sauna/relaxation room - Bedroom 1: double bed (160 cm × 200 cm) + single bed + extra-large closet + TV. From this bedroom, you have a beautiful view of the dunes - Bedroom 2: two single beds + large closet + beautiful view of the garden - Bedroom 3: a charming children’s room with a single bed + trundle bed. Play tent + play area + large closet. View of the garden. - Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor. It features a large double bed (200 × 210) + dressers. All bedrooms can be darkened using roller blinds. Bathroom 1 is upstairs: equipped with a large walk-in shower, spacious bathtub, large vanity with two sinks, and a semi-separate toilet. Here, too, you can enjoy the stunning view of the dunes. Bathroom 2 is located downstairs, adjacent to bedroom four, and features a spacious shower stall with a seat, side sprayers, and a radio, as well as a vanity unit, a hanging closet, and a toilet. The spacious semi-open kitchen is equipped with a Miele dishwasher, induction cooktop, range hood, combination microwave and combination steam/convection oven, coffee maker, double sink, and large refrigerator. A freezer is available in the utility room, as is a washing machine. All types of pots and pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, and spices are provided. A beautiful, modern living room in an industrial style with internet TV featuring Netflix and YouTube, among other services. Good Wi-Fi throughout the entire home. A beautiful wood-burning stove makes watching TV on chilly evenings even cosier and more enjoyable. For extra warmth, cosiness, and relaxation, you can also enjoy the recently installed sauna and relaxation room with a lounge chair and sauna. The home is located in a very quiet area. A mere 15-minute walk through the dunes takes you to the beach, where you can enjoy a drink on a terrace along the lively boardwalk. Another nice walk takes you through the Hannecarbos to the beach in Nieuwpoort. Two bicycles are available (for rent for a small fee). Golf enthusiasts can play to their heart’s content at the golf course located in Oostduinkerke-Dorp. For the little ones, a day trip to Plopsaland is definitely a wonderful experience. Kiteboarders and windsurfers can—if the wind is right—fully enjoy their favourite pastime. On the charming Oostduinkerke seawall, you can relax on a patio or enjoy a delicious meal.
