We had an amazing weekend at this house, convenient location, very easy check in and check out, house was clean, hosts were quick to answer any questions we may have had! The weather was great for swimming, would definitely rent this place again. Thanks!

Location was great. An older home that accommodated our group well. Nice pool but too bad not heated as it was a bit cold but the weather was a little cool while we were there as well.

Thanks for staying. We do offer to have the pool heated for an additional fee, as it does cost a lot of menu for us to heat it. Next stay feel free to ask about heating the pool!

The property felt bigger than the pictures portrayed, which is a rare feat. Everything was clean and simple. Both the check-in and check-out process were very seamless.

Three couples stayed over 4th of July weekend. The house was comfortable. We loved the dining table, big enough for all of us. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The beds were comfortable. We had to ask for towels. There weren't enough for all of us. No kitchen towels, no washcloths. The place shows wear. The recycle bin hadn't been emptied for a long time. Although we didn't use the pool, we were asked to clean the filter. They say the pool maintenance people come on Thurs, but we doubt they came. There are no towel racks in the bathrooms. None of this complaint spoiled our time, but the experience could have been a bit nicer.By the way, there is a "coming soon" for sale sign out front. That could explain a lot of things. Check the status before you book.

Things went relatively smooth. There were a few things that were concerning. One thing when I went to inspect the barbecue, I found the top was detached on one side and there was no propane in the tank. Also the grill needed to be cleaned. I had to reach out to Neil to find out there was an another tank in the garage. This should have been taken care prior to our arrival. Another thing was we ran out of paper towels (only a third of a roll to begin with) and received no response when asking if there was another roll somewhere in the house. The coffee maker also failed on Sunday morning. It wasn't sucking the water from the tank up to coffee. Perhaps clogged. Screen door to patio isn't attached. Water tank in bathroom near garage, I can hear is leaking out.

Why they chose this property

Once you step into the house it is your own private oasis. The backyard is very relaxing, whether you choose to use the pool or not, it is my most favorite part. Whether it is rainy and you choose to drink your coffee while looking out into the backyard or choose to relax next to it on a sunny day, it is relaxing either way!

What makes this property unique

Very private, lots of space to relax, and a beautiful oasis in the backyard. Very centralized and close to everything.
