The property is well-located for the Metro at Olaias and is easy to find. It was generally clean but I was there in March and it was cold with a lot of dampness and mould growth in the apartment. The small heater helped in the bedroom but the property would benefit from improved heating and ventilation.

Decent property for a short stay

The property is 20 minutes away from central Lisbon but very well connected by a nearby Metro. Has a grocery shop and bakery downstairs. Had an issue with check in codes , was standing out for 15 minutes but Breno was quick to respond and sort it out. The property had a weird sewer smell “, had to keep the windows open to make it go away.Decent property for 2 or max 3 people.

La propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionnée. Echanges fluides et rapides.Le logement est simple mais propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Le canapé et la chaudière commencent à être fatigués. Le logement est petit pour quatre adultes. Le métro Olaias est spectaculaire et bien situé par rapport au centre mais le quartier n'est pas très agréable. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 3 jours.

Le logement était conforme à l’annonce. Propre. Il y a une odeur de tuyauterie dans l’armoire sous l’évier, mais on ouvrait les fenêtres. D’ailleurs il faisait chaud à ce moment. Nous avons quand même passé du bon temps! Bien situé.

Appartement agréable

Petit appartement agréable situé dans un quartier populaire près d'un métro et de commerces de proximité, loin de l'agitation touristique. Le lit est confortable, l'appartement est propre et correctement équipé. Comme cela a été écrit précédemment , il y a une odeur de remontée de canalisation dans la salle de bain. Nous avons eu deux petits incidents domestiques ( fuite de la machine à café et du lave-linge ) mais Breno s'est montré réactif. Avec quelques vérifications régulières du bon fonctionnement des installations (par exemple la fermeture des portes de la douche) et le retrait du tapis défraîchi dans le salon, l'appartement gagnerait en qualité. Zeer leuk appartement, niet heel groot. En omdat wij in de winter er waren was het appartement zeer vochtig. Verder goede uitvalsbasis voor paar dagen Lissabon. Metro is slechts paar minuutjes lopen.

Excelente estancia

El sitio estuvo muy bien, muy acogedor y limpio con todo en su lugar para pasar unos días en Lisboa, ya que es un poco pequeño más si es para 4 personas, para nuestro que solo estuvimos 2 dias estuvo perfecto, además de estar a 5 minutos la estación olaias en la línea roja del metro, supermercados y restaurantes, breno siempre estuvo alpendiente y fue muy amable, la única recomendación seria hacer revisar el lavado del baño ya que este parecía no funcionar, el agua bajaba muy lento.

Quiet neighborhood locale with access to everything

Great location with several metro stations within walking distance. Groceries and lots of dining conveniently close by. Great cafe downstairs for coffee and pastries. The space was very comfortable, the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely book again!
