Wunderschöne Tage mit der Familie

Wir hatten 5 wunderbare Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. In dieser schönen, gepflegten Atmosphäre konnten wir als Familie entspannen und das Leben genießen. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Britta

Het is een prachtige plek , vlak bij het strand op loopafstand. Wij hebben genoten van de ruimte in en rondom het huis. Moeite waard om daar je vakantie te vieren.

Leider können wir der Unterkunft trotz sehr nettem Host nur 3 Sterne geben. Die Unterkunft ist gegenüber den modernen Fotos bereits sehr in Jahr gekommen und zeigt deutliche Abnutzungsspuren in Form fehlender Lampen und absplitternder Farbe etc.. Des weiteren hatten wir einiges an der Reinigung der Immobilien zu bemängeln - Schutz in vielen Ecken. Ein Wespennest unter dem Elternschlafzimmer hat des weiteren zu viele Wespen im Zimmern geführt. Der Host hat uns auf Nachfrage zugesagt dieses zu beseitigen und auch einiges im Haus erneuern zu wollen. Leider kam das für uns zu spät und wir finden daher das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für die Hauptsaison nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir können der Immobilie nur 3 Sterne geben. Lage ist gut und Stand sehr schnell erreichbar.

Ein Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten schöne 7 Tage in dem Haus die Einrichtung war bequem aber in die Jahre gekommen, manche Schalter funktionieren nicht und das Licht auf der Terrasse ging auch nicht aber im großen und ganzen war es sehr schön fanden wir.

Tolle Lage mit kurzem Weg zum Strand

Das Haus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer mit 7 Betten, davon 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß mit jeweils separater Dusche und Waschbecken (klein aber fein). Im Obergeschoß gab es insgesamt wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, haben wir dann im Koffer gelassen. Wir haben sowohl die schöne Terrasse als auch den großzügigen Wintergarten intensiv genutzt. Es gab ausreichend Geschirr. Der schöne Strand war zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für ein Objekt dieser Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet, keine Spinnenweben vorzufinden, an einigen Stellen hätte die Reinigung besser sein können. Der Pool war nutzbar, hätte aber u.E. „noch sauberer“ sein dürfen. Auf der großen Fläche vor dem Haus war Rasen neu angesäht. Haben wir dann 2x täglich gesprengt. Auf dem 2. Teil der Fläche war Kunstrasen verlegt, war aber problemlos nutzbar. Wir hätten erwartet, diese Info vor der Anreise zu bekommen. Einigen Teilen der Ausstattung im Untergeschoß (Wohnzimmertisch und Schubladen) sah man an, dass sie intensiv genutzt wurden. Gesamtfazit: Wir haben in diesem Objekt eine tolle Woche verlebt, hätten aber nicht erwartet, die skizzierten Punkte kritisieren zu müssen.

Villa Cadzand Bad Pese Schorre 15

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund jede Menge Platz. Die gesamte Anlage ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und wurde uns in einem dreckigem Zustand übergeben. Der Premium Gastgeber war telefonisch gar nicht, per email ab und an zu erreichen. Das fantastische Wetter hat den Gesamteindruck der Immobilie gerettet. Falls nochmal richtig gereinigt wird, kommen wir alle gerne wieder.

Großzügiges Haus in toller Lage!

Wir waren mit unsere Familie vor Ort - 6 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und 2 Hunde. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, sodass es nie zu eng wurde. Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und man kommt zur Ruhe. (Einzige Anmerkung für Reisende mit Hund: der Zaun ist nicht ausbruchssicher, da er am Tor ein relativ großes Loch hat). Die Lage ist perfekt - in einer Minute am weitläufigen Strand mit wunderschönen Dünen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hatten eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie. Es lohnt sich!

Top-Objekt in Cadzand

Sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und tollem Pool nur 250 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Wir konnten es kaum glauben aber es passt wirklich alles. Ja, manches ist noch nicht ganz fertig gewesen, aber das kommt sicherlich nach und nach mit der Zeit. Wir konnten trotzdem hervorragend darin leben und Spaß haben. Sehr netter Vermieter der immer sehr schnell antwortet und weiterhilft. Dringende Empfehlung von uns!
