Wonderful and romantic villa with private pool in Moraira, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 persons. The house is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area and at 1 km from El Portet beach. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt ...

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Cap d‘Or. Die Lage des Hauses ist grandios. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich schön. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war der Zugang zum Meer unterhalb des Hauses. Zudem gelangt man in nur wenigen Gehminuten auch zum schönen Strand von El Portet. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man hat auf den Balkonen / Terrassen eine Menge an Sitzgelegenheiten und kann zu jeder Tageszeit den schönen Ausblick genießen. Auch der Pool hat eine schöne Größe, in dem es sich nicht nur gut „planschen“ lässt, sondern auch gut schwimmen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und hoffen, bald einmal wieder das Glück zu haben, das Haus ein weiteres Mal buchen zu können.

Nice villa

Beautiful views! The only thing worth remembering during august is that there is no off street parking and this could be a challenge during high season. Lovely location

Thank you very much for your comments :). You are right, in July/August, we can´t do anything about the parking in the area of el Portet. The town hall is trying to find solutions, so far, without success. The plot of the house Cap d´or unfortunately doesn´t give posibility to offer a private parking.

This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed ...

This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed in at Moraira, having been holidaying there for15 years. Excellent villa with spectacular views. Modern inside and super clean. Two large bedrooms with twin beds pushed together and a smaller sofa bed room are all very clean. Kitchen though small, is high spec with good appliances, including a very good coffee machine. Bathrooms are good with a great shower in the upstairs bathroom. The pool is large, deep and very clean with lots of very comfortable loungers to utilise. The view from the pool looking over the bay of Portet with views of the marina, Moraira and Calpe is outstanding. Only minor negatives are no air conditioning, fans in every room though. No parking on site, but you can park on the narrow road outside the accommodation. Very few English channels on the satellite tv, but I don’t go to Moraira to watch tv, so that wasn’t a problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely fantastic villa. 9 out of 10
