The next nearest town is Monmouth, an historical town just 6 miles from the farmhouse where you will find two golf courses, shops, several churches, an historic independently-owned cinema, an ancient medieval covered bridge and the popular Nelson Museum. There is also a castle, near to the place where Henry V was born. The farm is also set on the edge of the beautiful Wye Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the Forest of Dean is very close by with walking, cycling, climbing, castle trails and many other activities. The property is set down a private lane and is detached. There are grounds surrounding the property which guests can enjoy as well as an orchard to the front of the property.
