La terraza de arriba era impracticable. La terraza de la 3ª planta no estaba en buenas condiciones. La sombrilla rota, cojines muy sucios. Había goteras en la sala de estar, con sofá y cojines sucios. Sofa de dormitorio también sucio. En la cocina no había tijeras ni tabla para cortar.
