About this property

I have owned this duplex for 19 years and it is very well maintained. The front deck is perfect for your morning coffee and the evening enjoying a relaxing end to your day. The southend of Ocean City is quieter than the boardwalk area. It is an easy drive to the boardwalk or riding your bike.

On the ground level, there is a cabana with a private shower and a private garage with 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella. I also offer 6 beach tags for your use which many landlords do not offer.

Lots of good things provided. Loved it.

We stayed in December. It was great. Bet it would be even better in summer with the porches and close beach!

Perfect Fall Getaway

Cindy was an amazing host! The reviews from everyone that I read were all positive, thanks to everyone’s feedback, we booked a long weekend! Great location, quiet end of town, beach access across the street. The kitchen was stocked and we had some fun surprises when we arrived. Thank you so much Cindy

Girls weekend

Even though it was a rainy weekend, this lovely property was perfect for catching up with friends and spending hours and hours talking. We had EVERY THING we could want so not leaving the house due to weather was not an issue :) PERFECT location to beach and layout was ideal for a large group to socialize as well as sleep. Host was attentive and VERY easy to contact. We will certainly come back again!!

Very clean! Cindy provided bed linens and an abundance of clean towels for our use. Her hospitality is unmatched! My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway and will be back!

Family get together..

Everything was wonderful Cindy left us out Fresh muffins,bottle of wine the salsa and chips and a bouquet of flowers. The house was fantastic.. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for letting us have your beautiful home for the weekend.

I have owned this property since 2003. It is well maintained with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a cabana shower that is private to your floor.

What makes this property unique

This house is the second house from the corner so that you do not have to walk far to the beach entrance. There is a lifeguard on the 44th street beach and an unsupervised beach on the 43rd street beach.
