This rental is for the first floor unit which contains a foyer with stairs up to the first floor unit or you can use the elevator. The elevator is exclusive for the first floor only. The property has one set of queen bunkbeds with stairs. The property has a master bedroom with a ensuite and a junior suite with a ensuite. The front beachside deck is shared by both floors. The fenced in ground area and ground floor room/porch is owned exclusively by the 2nd floor and not to be used by the first floor unit occupants.
