The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, downtown shopping, and panoramic views (you can see Atlantic City) make this an ideal vacation property. Ground level patio leads directly to beach. No High School Senior Weeks or Prom Weekends.

Best Girl's Trip EVER!!!

Kids back to school. Husbands at home with pets. Staying at an ocean front condo. Spent evenings on Ocean Front rear deck catching up. Jitney transportation to boardwalk. Updated kitchen (new refrigerator and microwave). Very clean property. This has become our annual tradition❤️

We loved it!

We stayed at this amazing property for a last minute birthday party for my daughter and a few family friends. The place was fantastic. The VIEW of the Ocean was mesmerizing! Booking with Julie was easy. She responded quickly to our inquiry and answered all our questions. The kitchen was spotless had a new refrigerator and microwave. And the garage had an extra overflow fridge, but we didn’t need it. There were lots of beach toys that my daughter just loved. Can’t wait to come back next summer!! Thanks again Julie!

Location is greatUnit had chemical smell that I could not identify. It was concerning. Party from adjacent duplex unit actually called fire company and they identified creosote. They said levels were not dangerous. They were familiar with this house. The older places used creosote on the pilings that supported the houses. If you are used to this it might be a normal beach smell to you. We were not used to it and it caused some to have headaches.I expressed my concern to the owner.I offered to pay for someone to look at it (before neighbor had fire co-good idea). Owner did offer full refund if we vacated the property in one hour . Easier said than done with party of ten including kids at 5 o’clock on a SaturdayNeither I nor party in adjacent unit would rent again

Awesome location right on the beach.

We stayed in half of this oceanfront duplex. Perfect for our stay. Huge upstairs space with a big view of the ocean, plenty of seating and a nice deck. Not the fanciest house, but it was really just what we needed. Gas grill and smoker were nice to have. There was a pack & play in the master bedroom closet which was great - much more space in our car since we didn't have to bring our own! Not having sheets or towels was a bit of a pain, but we managed. Just keep this in mind if you book the place. Also know that you will have another family / group staying in the other half of the duplex and you will probably interact a little bit since the decks are connected. Not a big deal for us since they were nice people. The owner communicated well.

Not a good experience.

The condo was furnished well. The house was not clean and we did so ourselves. The kitchen supplies were old and very disorganized and lacked many pieces that we could have used (we purchased ours at the Dollar Store). The refrigerator broke and we had to use 2 school type refrigs for 3 days when there was one available in the next condo. The frig was old and had been fixed the week before. The microwave broke but was replaced the next day. There were 12 of us, 2 were 6 & 8 so we had a lot of food to keep cold. There was a lot of frustration with dealing with the ice coolers we had to use. If you own a condo, you should be prepared for emergencies and have back ups. That experience was not good for us. The view is spectacular and the beach is directly in front of you so that may help counter the problems but not for us.

This section of the OC beach was absolutely wonderful for the whole family (ages 2-81). Amazing, oceanfront views, and plenty of space for multiple families. Friendly owner too. We also appreciated the beach chairs and toys, barbecue, and plenty of cookware. There were a few maintenance issues: sliding screen doors that didn't slide, a noticeable bad odor in 1 bedroom (perhaps related to the air conditioner), and a broken part of the refrigerator (but it still worked well), dirt under the cushions in the breakfast nook. Shared stairway and deck with neighbor wasn't a problem for us. Overall it was great for everyone, and a few minor fixes would have made this a 5-star, maybe even a 6-star experience!

BREATHTAKING VIEW

We all enjoyed a week at the shore with easy access to the never ending beach. The views were extraordinary. We all enjoyed seeing the moon rise out of the ocean as well as early morning sun rises. There was plenty of room for the adults and children for sleeping and we all enjoyed eating our dinners together as a family with plenty of seating for everyone. Great Location

The place is beautiful, lots of room for a family trip. Beach is right there, easy walk back and forth. Each level had a patio or deck looking out to the ocean. The kitchen was well supplied with the basic essentials. Do make sure you bring your own linens. The host made everything easy, no hassle and no excessive contacts. It was just a great, relaxing vacation rental.

Wonderful fall weekend

We had a wonderful stay in the beginning of November. An unusual heat spell gave us sunny 70 degree days on the beach. The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking.

Why they chose this property

I enjoy long walks on the beach. My kids enjoy playing in the waves. There is something for everyone. This property is right on the beach, there are no streets to cross or traffic to dodge, the beach is right outside the back door!

What makes this property unique

This house is a home with plenty of space for everyone, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, so you can spend time with each other without being on top of each other.
