Seamless check in process! John made himself available to answer all my questions. The house was in excellent condition and the location was perfect for us. Enough space for all of our families to enjoy a great beach vacation for the week. The house also has beautiful finishes and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food for the week. Would definitely recommend!

Ocean City beach front property

This property was well-maintained and extremely spacious. The location was also amazing since it is beachfront. In addition, the deck with ocean views was a great feature. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

My extended family take a week in Ocean City every year and we were lucky enough to book this gorgeous property this year. The beach access was amazing having 5 kids and all their gear to tow! Far enough from the boardwalk that it was nice and quiet but close enough that we could hop in the golf cart and do all the boardwalk things. Overall great property, great location & great host.

It was perfect!!

We just returned from John’s property and it exceeded our expectations from the description; quality renovations with new furnishing. This is our first stay “oceanfront” and we’ll be back, amazing view from our deck and living area. With a 2 month old, and 3 year old, it was really convenient to pop back to the house from the beach.

Stop Scrolling and Start Booking

This property has everything you could ask for. The location was perfect, it was steps away from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. The beach at 26th street had a lifeguard stand which was great for our young children. The views from the kitchen were spectacular and the home was well stocked with cooking equipment. It also had smart TVs in almost every room which the kids really enjoyed.

Perfect Deck View

The pictures of the house are all accurate. We loved all the rooms (6 if you use the downstairs) but the best part clearly was the view from the deck. It was AMAZING!!! I could hardly drag myself to the beach because the view was so perfect. So peaceful and the location was perfect.

Fantastic Home for the Holidays

My entire family stayed here over Christmas this year, and the house was perfect for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a holiday meal, and plenty of space to hang out. The sun coming up every morning over the ocean was beautiful (although the downstairs room with the pull-out couch definitely could use some blinds to keep the kids from waking up so early). It was so nice to spend Christmas together all in one place!

Home is beautiful, spacious, and great view!

The house was everything it advertised on the website. The owner is very accommodating. The location is truly perfect, especially if traveling with children. It is just a few blocks from where the boardwalk begins which is convenient for biking to town, or the shops on the boardwalk. Within walking distance to Kessel's Korner for a quick meal or ice cream. Just walk out the door and your on the beach in minutes!

We only had 4 guests staying overnight at the house. We stayed at this big house for entertaining family and friends who have places around the area. All of our guests were awed by the location and house. The living and dining areas, including the large deck overlooking the beach are beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked for any culinary purposes. Everything we needed for a great experience.

Perfect place to stay in OCNJ

My sister and I along with our families have been vacationing in OCNJ for years. We stayed for two weeks and had the best time here. For those in our party who wanted a break from the beach, but still wanted to relax, the deck was PERFECT. And the beach was not overly crowded. The house is spacious and well-suited for two families. The ability to avoid climbing stairs was a bonus! John was very responsive with questions and concerns during our stay. This was the best, most relaxing vacation in OCNJ by far.

Close to the beach

This house was clean. And short walk to the beach. John the host is easy to get a hold of answers back in a very timely manor. Some minor issues were, the sofa is not comfortable, the master bed is squeeky probably because the bed is half on and half off an area carpet. Upstairs neighbors dumped water off the balcony and splashed all over my husband below while he was working but this is not a reflection on John at all. Besides the minor things We would absolutely stay again.
