The apartment offers a modern kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, complete cooking and dining utensils, etc), a cozy living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.
The large windows make the apartment bright and friendly. The terrace in front of the apartment faces south/east and is equipped with terrace furniture -ideal for breakfast!

Our house, which was recently completely renovated, is very centrally located and yet very quiet only about 3 minutes walk from the village center. Next to the house is a large children's playground and around the house is a large garden.
In summer, the outdoor pool Virgen is only 5 minutes walk away and guarantees water fun for the whole family (35m long slide). From the sporty swimmer to the sun worshipper... there is a suitable program for everyone! A beach volleyball court is also available for the bathing guests.
In winter, the drag lift, which is only 100 m away, and a nearby, idyllic cross-country ski trail provide direct access to skiing fun.

The uniqueness of the National Park Hohe Tauern Osttiro - the largest national park in the Alps - is its untouched natural landscape, gigantic mountain scenery and fascinating wildlife. The originality of the landscapes with their three-thousand-metre peaks - first and foremost the Großglockner and Großvenediger - glaciers, waterfalls, gorges, high valleys and alpine pastures is incomparable in Europe. The experience is varied - a hike or trekking tour with the national park rangers, snowshoe hikes, ski tours, or a stop at the national park partner inn, which rounds off the stay with a culinary offer.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage! Und ein herrliches Tal mit schönen Wanderwegen…

Der Ort Virgen liegt zentral im Virgental. Ein kleines Dorf, nicht überlaufen, sondern ruhig und entspannt. Es gibt einen sehr guten Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, einen netten Gasthof - also alles, was man braucht. Das Virgental ist ruhig und idyllisch, sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort, aber auch sehr schöne Ziele im gesamten Tal, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen sind. Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ortsrand umgeben von Wiesen. Eine tolle Lage…
