Lovely apartment with private beach access

Large comfortable apartment for six guests and suitable also for nine guests, ideal for a fantastic beach holiday and as a base for tours in Rome and central Italy.
It consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, a full kitchen with all accessories, three bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom with shower and a second private bathroom.
The apartment has a nice furnishings and is equipped with every comfort air conditioning, free Internet Wi-Fi fast, TV, DVD player, video library, cot and baby chair, double glazing in all windows, security door and grilles protection.
The large terrace overlooking the sea is equipped with tents, outdoor shower with hot water, large table and wooden deck chairs, chairs and sun loungers in white resin. From the terrace, with a private exit, you have direct access to the beach, the sea and the garage below.
In the garage, the apartment has a double parking space and a bike instead.

Comfortable beach house with a magnificent view of the sea

We had a wonderful week at Giorgio & Bruna's beautiful apartment on the sea. It is well equipped and Giorgio & Bruna went to extra effort to provide us with equipment for our infant ( a bed and high chair). The apartment was very clean and easy to care for with the brooms & mops provided. Giorgio went to extraordinary trouble to pick us up at the train station and organize a car to take us to the Fiumicino Airport . He is truly an outstanding host. We will definitely stay in Giorgio's apartment when we return to the Rome area. Thank you Giorgio & Bruno Carol

Excellent location

This is a great property, literally steps from the beach and many other amenities. Apartment is decently equipped, clean, and perfect for a beach get away. Giorgio met us promptly as promised and while his English isn’t the best, he made us feel quite at home and even checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going well. The pictures of the terrace do not even give it justice, it is fantastic and we spent much of our time on it either eating or relaxing when we were not out in the ocean or exploring the area.

Great experience

Beautiful, big, fully equipped house with big terrace with direct connection to the beach. The terrace is a great for dining and sunbathing, you don't need to rent place on the beach. Beds comfortable and separate rooms for kids. The beach is very clean, there is a bar and good restaurant there. Gelateria is very close too. You can get to Nettuno centre in 20 min. 15 mins to train station good for visiting Rome. The host is very kind and will help you in any situation. Underground garage available for free.

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Es war alles wie beschrieben und es gibt noch mehr. Sehr freundliche Gastfamilie und die Komonikation fand auf Englisch statt. Wenn wir nochmals in diese Richtung reisen werden wir die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Clean and good location

I give this property a 5 star for the following reasons. *Giorgio and his wife went out of their way to help us find the place; even driving to find us. Our Italian and their English was limited, but we made it through it. The Igloo gelateria on the beach was a good meeting spot. Everyone seems to know about ice cream. *The apartment was very clean and has a nice terrace right on the beach. They left us beach towels and wine and made sure we were comfortable, all questions answered, before they left. *We have been traveling all over Italy, from Cortina/Venice to La Spezia/Cinque Terre to Positano/Praino. Although the beaches and cliffs in the other locations are more beautiful, Nettuno offers a beach with sand and swimming that is easily accessible. It is also just south of Rome about 45 mins. so a good resting spot and easy travel in access. We did find a couple local restaurants that were very good and beautiful. Check out Elisio; it is just a 5 min walk. It has a beautiful entry, family owned and run and quite good. There is also a restaurant in the tallest hotel nearby. Don't be fooled by the entry, we found the veal delicious. What a cheap dinner that was and so good. I think we spent 28Euro for two Veal dinners, salads, coffees and two beers. Obviously a local spot. We walked to the American Cemetery. It was about 20min walk and worth the visit. This is probably what we enjoyed most about Nettuno. otherwise I don't think the city would be worth a visit for us. it was just a good respite when travelling from the south toward Rome. The beds were very hard. Although I have to say they have been almost this hard in every stay we were in. Make sure you keep the keyes with you at all times. There are many locks to go through and you will need the keyes to get in all doors and to enter and EXIT the Free Parking garage.

Lovely apartment right on the beach!

We stayed 6 adults in Giorgio and Bruna´s lovely apartment. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment right on the beach. Pictures on the website represent the apartment very good. The terrace was very nice and spacy. Giorgio was a super host answering any questions before and during our stay and we were welcomed by Giorgio and Bruna on our arrival. Restaurant La Lanterna just 100 meter from the apartment have excellent seafood and pizza - also takeaway. We went there twice. Also a super galateria (ice-cream bar) round the corner was an "everyday event". I can highly recommend the apartment and Giorgio and Bruna as hosts! Ciao from Torben & family

appartamento bellissimo arredato con gusto comodo

consiglio decisamente alle famiglie di soggiornare in questo appartamento .... ci siamo trovati benissimo tutto esattamente come da descrizione, ubicazione comodissima con accesso diretto alla spiaggia non c'è stata la necessità neanche di utilizzare l'ombrellone in spiaggia ... l'ampia terrazza l'abbiamo utilizzata da solarium senza il fastidio della sabbia. La casa comoda accogliente ben arredata e con tutto quanto il necessario possa rendere comoda e piacevole una vacanza .... la spiaggia attrezzata con stabilimento sottostante ha permesso animazione e divertimenti pedalò ed altre attività a piacere ... entusiasti e felici di aver avuto anche bellissime giornate con un mare stupendo dove molti pesciolini nuotavano con noi... l'accoglienza di Giorgio e Bruna dandoci il benvenuto ha alimentato la convinzione che avremmo fatto una bella vacanza in un posto adatto ad una famiglia. L'abbiamo lasciata con la voglia di ritornare ancora. La consiglio vivamente.

Wonderful apartment right on the beach

We had a lovely stay at this beachside apartment. It is a lovely flat very neat and clean which has everything we needed. Loved the decor throughout....the large living/dining room is Africa, the kitchen France, the master bedroom is (I think) England. We didn't use the second bedroom so can't comment on that. Giorgio and Bruno, our excellent hosts, had recommended various places to eat but the terrace is so lovely that we ate our dinner there 4 out of our 7 nights .... the other 3 nights we went to La Lanterna which is just up the road. We didn't feel like trying another place since the food there was really excellent and the prices very good. There's a good bar/tavola calda right on the beach so if we didn't feel like having breakfast at home, we just hopped down there for a cappuccino and cornetto! Great apartment right on the beach

Wonderful apartment with everything we needed. Extremely clean and well maintained. Loved the owners' choice of decor throughout the flat. The large living/dining room is Africa, the kitchen is France, the master bedroom is (I think) England. We didn't use the second bedroom so can't comment there. All in all, tastefully done. The owners are a lovely couple and gave us great tips on where to go to eat etc. There is a wonderful restaurant up the street called La Lanterna. Excellent food and good prices. It was so good that it was the only trattoria we tried....went there 3 times. The other 4 nights we ate on the beautiful terrace! There is everything close at hand.....supermarket, bakery, greengrocers, all in all very convenient. Definitely recommend this property. Thank you so much Giorgio e Bruna. Abbiamo avuto una piacevolissima settimana. Mi dispiace solo che non vi ho lasciato scritto niente ma non trovavo una pezza di carta per scrivere due righe! Kathy & Franco

Review of Giorgio Galassetti apartment in Netunno

We are from Scotland, and were visiting Rome , myself, my wife and 2 grown up sons. We chose the apartment because it had an ideal location right on the beachfront but is also close to the town with the marina and many resturants and caffes. The accommodation is beautiful, spotless and well decorated. It has wifi and TV. It is very secure and sits literally on the beachfront so ne need to hire umbrellas etc when you can just walk down from the balcony onto the beach. I had problems fitting in 6 days with my work schedule and flights etc but Giorgio was really helpful and accommodating as we finally found the right dates. We paid HOMEAWAY a deposit and then Giorgio the remainder on arrival. He and his lovely wife Bruna couldn't do enough for us and were waiting when we arrived to show us everything and was always ready to give advice via a txt or SMS. We had a great time, only wish it was longer ....would definitely recommend and like to return one day.

Lovely beachside apartment

Just booked to go in June from Scotland to this lovely apartment on the beach for the third year running. That speak's for itself I would say! Apartment is spotless and spacious with a great outside area to soak up the sun or relax in the shade with the blinds drawn. Great for beach holiday or seeing the sights of Rome as less than an hour by train. Short walk to shops, bars, restaurants and amazing ice cream shop around the corner. Owners are lovely people and very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Lovely flat, great location & a pleasant landlord

My two brothers and i stayed in the flat for a week during May of 2014. This is a very well equipped flat with all the necessary modern electronic conveniences. The location of the flat is right next to the beach at the quiet end of the town and so is ideal for sun bathing and walking etc. The large terrace is fantastic and one can spend many happy times there just relaxing, eating and drinking! There is a lovely supermarket just a short walk from the flat where the fresh produce, especially the bread and vegetable choices are superb! Giorgio the landlord and his wife are very pleasant, kind, helpful and welcoming. All in all we had a lovely time at the flat and i would happily recommend it!

Les pieds dans l'eau

Location les pieds dans l'eau très agréable ,proche du centre ville avec parking sous l'immeuble .L'appartement est très bien meublé, propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ; pas de problème pour le véhicule avec une place de parking privé facile d'accès. Le propriétaire Giorgio et sa femme sont des gens très accueillants et sympathiques toujours près à vous rendre service. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Perfect family holliday at the beach

We are a family with 3 small children who had a perfect stay at Giorgio's apartment 10 meters from the water. The apartment is functionally furnished and with a large terrace directly to the beach. Perfect when you do not want to lug kids and equipment back and forth. The beach was extremely child friendly and soccer field, playground, and table football. At a short distance from the apartment you could buy fantastic Italian ice. The kids had a great holiday, and the adults enjoyed being able to drink a glass of wine and look out over the water when the children were sleeping. It was great to fall asleep to the sound of waves. Giorgio and his wife are extremely hospitable and helpful and had thought of all details. Thank you so much.
